I’ve had a great experience shopping at the B&M store in Tottenham over the years. On the rare occasions I encountered an issue, it was swiftly resolved by either the local store management or head office.

This young lady was amazing, my son has hidden disabilities and finds it difficult in large shops. I asked where some items were and she directed me, very accurately in a friendly confident manner! My son wants to go back as he found everything he wanted with minimum fuss and effort and no anxiety or seizures! Thank you

On Tuesday I went to buy 2 large bags of compost from B&M in Trowbridge.
There were no flat trolleys left and, being an old biddy, there was no way I was going to be able to lift those bags into a 'supermarket Trolley'.
CALLUM WAS MY SAVIOUR. X
Without making a fuss he got a trolley, came with me to choose the compost, lifted 2 bags into the trolley, then on to the checkout, then to my car and unloaded them into my boot.
I drove away a happy bunny, THANKS TO CALLUM.

Awful customer service at the Ilkeston store. A member of staff spoke to me in a derogatory and disrespectful manner, loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. The experience was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Very disappointed, needless to say I will not be shopping in B&M again!

Excellent customer service from B&M.
I contacted customer services regarding a parking charge issued while shopping at the Preston Ringway store. Lisa was extremely helpful, professional, and resolved the matter very quickly by liaising directly with the parking operator.
The charge was cancelled within a matter of hours, and I was kept informed throughout the process. It's refreshing to see a company supporting genuine customers in such an efficient and courteous manner.
Many thanks to Lisa and the B&M customer service team for their outstanding assistance.

Abysmal service this morning in this Stamford store, can’t even return the items only worth about £12 with their clear label on them! Have to ring up and mess around. The worst thing is was about to spend hundreds of pounds buying other stuff on my list. The attitude for Amber apparently who’s only been here 2 weeks as supervisor is horrific. Also when requested a manger they all hid in the office room, for the staff to take them blame, how on earth do people with no customer or managerial expertise get this job at all?!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT, WHEN YOU NEED HELP!
P.S. Already did they was as useless as in store and apparently took my complaint and would not even tell me what happened if they even took it properly nor no manager available again. Funny that, no Managers are ever able to answer?! Hmm what unethical things are they doing behind the scenes ?? Makes you wonder.

I nipped into to my local B&M at Riverside Norwich just to get a few bits of shopping. Its a big bright store and reasonably well laid out. There is a great selection of crisps and it was while I was selecting a bag, that I noticed the stock of Walkers Sensations were all out of date. Most were dated May 26 but there were a few dated April 26. I mentioned this to a staff member who seemed annoyed I had distracted her from her task! She looked at the bags then returned to what she was doing. This is now the 3rd time I have found stock out of date in this store. Obviously the stock rotation is not working. Maybe a better system needs to be put in place so this does not happen. Staff all appear young with little experience of how to deal with customers so theres plenty of room for improvement. There are always lots of price labels missing which can be frustrating. I only use the store as its convenient and within a shopping area.

After visiting the store to return an item which had a damaged pole, I had to rejoin queue 3 times with which a staff member wasn’t helpful at all. Once I contacted head office the lady who sent the relevant email so I could straight exchange was actually wonderful, just the staff members not helpful and pretty rude!!
