I bought a hose and couple of months ago the gun stopped working, and a hole appeared, I tried to return to store but was told as it was more than 30 days they couldn't do a refund/exchange and that i needed to contact head office. I emailed customer service and got a response from Krista the same day, she asked for proof of purchase and the following day she got back to me and told me to take it back to store for either a refund/exchange as anything faulty can be returned within 12 months. Krista was very helpful and very quick to deal with the issue.
I had an issue with a Managers Offer in which the details contained in the promotional advert were misleading. My query was quickly resolved by Sienna and the contents of the advert amended accordingly to more clearly reflect the promotion. Excellent customer service.
Rang up to get a receipt over the phone spoke to Krista she was extremely helpful and patient talked me through the process and found me a solution to me problem quickly and effectively top marks great customer service.
We had one of the best customer service experience today in Quedgeley B&M. The manager of the store, Alex, was the ultimate professional when we asked about a product we were looking for. He was friendly, polite and very helpful. We left the store with exactly what we were looking for, thanks to Alex.
I had a problem with being overcharged for a reduced price item and realised once I got home. Immediately contacted customer services by email and within less than an hour the problem was satisfactorily resolved. A polite and pleasant Lisa sorted it out for me.

He helped me find a product then listened to what I wanted specifically and showed me to the exact product I had in mind (I was looking for home essentials for my kitchen as i had just moved so was bit stressed that day) twice he helped me during my visit and nothing was too much bother. Lovely lad. The other worker was Lorraine who was on the reduced item section and again was looking for specifics and pricing and she was very helpful and polite even though I could see how busy she was. Thank you both for your help that day. Kindness goes a long way especially in a time where everywhere is so fast paced and nobody has time for anyone usually.

Always end up walking out, whichever store you go to the queues are always ridiculous and there’s only one or two tills on. This is across the board in any bnm store certainly in Merseyside. The amount of times I have left a trolley full and basket full is just a silly business model. Complained to their email but they just said we will address the store. Clearly didn’t read my email as I said it wasn’t store specific and I would guarantee they get similar complaints nationally. Haven’t got time to wait round at tills sort it out

Good morning B&m shoppers,just want to say that I have done a lot of shopping with B&M and to say I had a problem at one point. I got in touch with the store ,No problems at all.they were fantastic ,problem sorted,no job to big or small for that matter.they we're very understanding ,and they were very polite ,I would give them 10 out of 10 .so don't make a fuss get on the phone explain your problem to them and get it sorted ,I will be in the shop again didn't put me off .S Howlett x x

Lynette in The Lowestoft branch. London Rd. The person went the extra mile for me today. I asked several staff where a product I needed was. They all pointed "down there" I was told. 10 mins later I was still looking. Lynette asked me if I needed help. I said yes please. She took me straight to the product and I bought several. If only every staff member represented you this way. Thank you Lynette you're a ⭐ star

I lost my receipt I call them for the receipt see they found the transaction from my card and the sended it my receipt on my email it was very quick and good service by the staff of the customer care in the b&M customer service

I also browsed and found lots of bargains, yorkshire tea bags, great range of biscuits, crisps etc all at very competitive prices. I afterwards received a parking ticket for being 17 minutes over. I contacted customer service to explain why I took longer and they looked into it and were. Dry helpful. They got the fine cancelled. I cannot fault the service of all the staff, in store and on line.

I’ve always loved going to my favourite store b&m, this is until now, prior to this I had an altercation with one of the staff, outside of work in a club, she’s a similar age to me and is 19. Yesterday I decide to go shopping for my mum she needed me to go to b&m, I was simply going for shopping and candles! I’m walking down the candle isle looking for candle burners, I see this 19 year old girl with her mother, [they work in the same store] which I had no idea any of them worked at b&m as I’ve always shopped their and not had any trouble! Me and my cousin hear the staff calling us both a “sk£t”between themselves, when I had no intention to cause any trouble and the situation did happen outside the work place, the 19 year old then continued to jump around the store threatening us as her work place, further telling us she didn’t care if we reported her, I really thought she was gonna hit us, I find it vile and immature a 19 year old can act such an immature way whilst working, we didn’t say anything, we just wanted to shop! We addressed the manager and further told him this wasn’t on, which he also agreed he took my details, and promised a call later on that day! I received no call no email! We also have video proof and video audio of this happening! It’s not on and I live locally to b&m so will be taking this further.
