I bought a table and Chairs in April costing £300 from B&M Bargains, Yesterday the glass shattered while my husband and I were sat in the garden. We immediately went to the shop to see if we could get an exchange or refund, we were told to ring customer services to see what they could do, we were told its not covered by them and that was that. So I have just lost £300, so beware if you are thinking of buying a table from them. So disappointed as we have always bought things from them in the past with no trouble.

Customer service was very helpful even helping me find all the information they needed. Lisa made sure I understood how to receive my receipt and stayed on the line until I had received it and I really appreciated it.

Shop unable to refund for faulty goods as I couldn't find the receipt but knew the date bought. They gave me customer services number who emailed copy of receipt and waited on call until I received it. Excellent service.

I recently returned a vacuum cleaner to the Slatyford store after experiencing an issue with it. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process 😊. They resolved my issue quickly and made the return completely stress-free.
I would like to thank the team for their excellent customer service. This positive experience has reinforced my confidence in B&M and I will continue to shop there. Highly recommended!🤩

Just been to the store on Utting Avenue, Liverpool. The temperature in that store was too hot, and definitely not great if you sell food stuff like chocolate and now groceries. I told one member of staff i felt sorry for them as their working conditions were awful. I will be contacting Trading Stanards about the temperature. No proper air con. One more thing, a member of staff had a strop about stuff being left at the till. Blond hair. Unprofessional and unnecessary.

I was very impressed with the garden center at the Wilnecote branch. It was well stocked and tidy with a variety of good quality plants at reasonable price.
Many thanks to Mel and Doug who were extremely helpful in ensuring that the very large and heavy potted tree was carefully packaged and safely stored until my collection was arranged.
I would also add the overall mood of the staff at the tills was pleasant to which made the shopping experience enjoyable, so well done the management.

Bought a lazy spa Tuesday .faulty control box. Returned it to Barry store where bought the day before staff were rude and said we had to deal with the best way manufacture as they had changed there policy for returning the spa. I explained that this was wrong and that the contract was with them they still refused. Took the spa home. Telephoned citizens advice and explained they informed us that their answer was wrong and contrevened the 2015 act . I then rang B&M customer services and spoke to a lady called Jane who was helpful and agreed we should have a full refund . I asked her to email the store in Barry to confirm this. Went to the Barry store and asked for the manager. He agreed that we could have a refund but he needed to examine the product 1st. We had taken video evidence of the electrical fault which he then accepted and gave us a full refund. Customer services were great but in store staff need to be trained on returns of electrical good under the consumer rights act of 2015 and the reasons why the public can reject an item if it is not fit for purpose.

Got stuck behind a woman with a trolley dead looking weeds plants.took 2 till staff to sort it.after 10 minutes began to get a bit restless.the conveyor belt was covered in plant much liquid fertiliser soil debris.didnt fancy placing my purchases on top of all that.hottest day of the year btw.so while watching these clowns get it together played the invisible man.not a glance.not a apologetic word.not one look or acknowledgement. in my direction I'm standing right there next.talk about being taken for granted.staff member looked frankly simple minded.they seem desperate.looming large though behind the display bottle upon bottle of over priced hard liquor.i guess my tiny 2 pound sweetie purchase didnt matter.i refuse to be served by that not fit for purpose staff member again.you see they are were not even sentient of what the customer was feeling or how to redress that.

Was able to obtain a receipt by emailing Customer Services as I'd not bothered getting one during my original purchase. Item was then quickly and easily returned and refunded in Durham store.

Don’t expect any help in the Chelmsford branch because they will send you all over the place and not even taking it to where they think it is.o asked for soft play sand , I was told to look at the back near a kids section to look at the front on the shells and then I was told to look on a pallet next to the escalator. Still cannot find or a staff employee to help
