Love it what can I say. My daughter loves cinnamoroll and all the other characters as well.

Blippo offers a wide selection of stationery, fashion accessories, snacks, and even mystery bags. Some of the items are hard to find elsewhere, especially the less mainstream Japanese candy or unique designs in their lucky bags.

Blippo has great communication with costumers. Their products are super amazing!

Disappointed — Great Products, But Poor Transparency and Unacceptable Delays

I really wanted to have a positive experience with Blippo. I’ve loved their products for years — fun, cute items at fair prices — and even had a smooth order several years ago. I understand international shipping (from Hong Kong to the U.S.) can take time, and I’ve always been patient with delays caused by postal carriers.

But my recent experience has been extremely frustrating.

I placed an order on April 17 and didn’t hear anything for six weeks. After reaching out, I received a tracking number that never updated, then a different one later on. Eventually, I was told the company was moving its warehouse from Hong Kong to Tokyo due to tariffs from the Trump administration, and this was causing delays. I finally received my order in week 7 — too late for its intended use — but customer service kindly offered store credit in place of a return.

I used that credit on May 30. As of July 20, there had been no shipping updates. When I asked, I received another long message repeating the warehouse move explanation and stating:

"Don't worry! We are already shipping new orders and your order, which contains products from our old warehouse, will be shipped soon."
So… new orders are being fulfilled while mine from nearly two months ago hasn’t even been packed yet?

Even more troubling, this warehouse transition has been ongoing — and known to the company — for at least three months, yet it’s still not being disclosed to customers before they place an order. There's been no effort to proactively communicate delays, and nothing is being done to resolve the backlog of older orders or prioritize those customers.

Blippo’s products are genuinely wonderful, but the customer experience right now is anything but. If you're in the U.S., think twice — expect potentially very long wait times, zero transparency, and no updates unless you ask for them. Until this company gets its fulfillment process under control and starts being honest with its customers, I cannot recommend shopping here.

It's so exciting when I see the Blippo gang travel around the world. It is so amazing to see them having fun. This also inspired me to travel around Japan myself. And that's why i Love the Blippo company!
