I used to subscribe to Kawaii Box and I loved it for the time I had it. Everything was so cute. I've purchased from the store in the past as well because I know all of their items are officially licensed and the shipping is always fast and reliable.

Love all the Labubu's and toys great selection lots you can't get in UK really happy with my purchases..

I adore the items, and that things previously unavailable to me in the UK, are now available.I have never had a problem with this company, which is amazing. And the 6 month kawaii box is a yearly birthday staple for my husband to buy me now on my September birthday - give me the autumn, halloween and Christmas kawaii items <3 - looking forward to it this year!!

I've placed many orders with Blippo in the past, which had all gone smoothly. I placed an order near the end of July and I'm going to be honest, I can't express how disappointed I am with this order. Especially how it has been handled.

I placed a big order which mainly consisted of blind boxes and bags, bathroom stuff and stationery.
Only the first half of the order has been shipped, I didn't think it was a big deal as I placed a larger order than usual and thought it would be shipped later on.

A few weeks go by and I still haven't received the first half of my order and the second half still hasn't shipped.

I reached out to Blippo and got a response from them explaining they haven't shipped the second order because of their warehouse move which I was aware about prior to placing this order but I read a response from Blippo to a review on here saying that their new warehouse is up and running?
I had placed my order under the assumption that the new warehouse was sorted out and my order would go smoothly like my previous ones.

The email itself also looked like something automated.

As for the first half of my order, the tracking hasn't updated in weeks and I am aware it could just be stuck in customs but I fear it could possibly be a fake tracking number.

I've also noticed that people who ordered way before me have STILL NOT received their orders. I personally find this unacceptable as Blippo should be prioritising helping customers out and not just advertise giveaways on social media!

When they were moving warehouses, why didn't they warn people at the very beginning or at least temporarily stop accepting orders?!

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with Blippo. I don't think I will ever receive my items, I've even had to go and buy backup items as I needed some items in my order by a certain date.

At this point I just want a refund, it's a shame really Blippo offer a lovely variety of products but unless they go back to how they used to be I cannot recommend shopping from here. 💔💔💔💔

Update: I have received my first half of my order the other day and requested a partial refund which is on its way! I'm glad this whole fiasco got a happy ending! 😁

I really liked blippo store and all their products, I really wanted to buy stationary from blippo but due to certain reasons I couldn't order it . My younger niece ordered accessories and stationary from it and she really loved it and shared it with her sister and me too and now i really want to have stationary from blippo as I'm stationary lover and I really wish to win this giveaway

my items arrived safe due to the care blippo takes in packaging their items. everything about my package showed how much the blippo team cares for their customers. it was one of the best ordering experiences of my life! not to mention the products are as legit too, and as advertised.

I super love Blippo and have been ordering from them for about seven years now. Their items are unique and so cute, and great for gifts! My latest order in April 2025 took longer than usual but I did receive it in great shape. I think this is because of their warehouse moving situation which I think is being resolved. I received good communication and customer service always and plan on continuing to order. They have a rewards system too where you can get credit for future purchases and lots of fun giveaways and videos about kawaii places and things. Overall an awesome company that I am grateful for.

The prices are super affordable, and I love that they have free shipping worldwide, but it may take a while to ship. Every item I received was exactly as shown. It’s perfect for anyone obsessed with kawaii culture, J-fashion, or just adding a sprinkle of happiness to your everyday life. It is super cute and I love the customer service!

This used to be a legit company, and I don't know what happened, but they haven't sent my order for several months. Looked it up and this is the case for everyone in the US it seems. Search "Blippo scam Reddit" if you want to see for yourself. Zero communication, fake tracking numbers, nothing noting there will be such a delay anywhere on their website, while checking out, nor social media. Yet they're posting giveaways and new products on their socials? STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!
