Good Service, Unreliable Tracker Sometimes!

I've bought from Blippo several times in the past and they're one of my best sources to Sanrio and cute stuff from Japan that I cannot get in Canada! Their stuff is always high-quality and super cute, and their customer service is also very sweet!
Their website is a bit clunky to navigate sometimes (mostly when it comes to trying to find specific things, or when you're trying to do something with your account settings), though the main problem used to be that their tracking was sometimes very unreliable/slow to update.

Because of the tariffs, they've had some issues, but they are entirely issues out of their hands and I appreciate them trying their best! They're one of the very few websites that has not only been very reliable, but has been accessible with shipping, and I appreciate them for it!

Always happy with my experiences!

I’ve been happy with all of my orders placed with Blippo. The orders are always correct and the way they fill the package for shipping is cute too. Blippo has a great selection of things I often can’t find elsewhere.

Blippo is good!

I really like Blippo! They have a lot of items that are pretty hard to procure in the US, especially clothing (ACDC RAG) and home items. Also snacks.

My order from Blippo came at a pretty fast pace considering international shipping, and everything was intact and packaged well! My only announce with Blippo is how they keep so many out-of-stock items on their website and never update it. It's kinda heartbreaking to be looking for something from a specific franchise only to find something really cool, but it's been out of stock for like a year.

still haven't received my order

i placed an order on the first of may and now halfway into july i still haven't received the order nor any shipping confirmation. there's been very poor communication when i've tried to contact them about this, and i'm very disappointed. previous orders went very smoothly so i know this is due to the warehouse move, but i really feel like communication could have been much, much better.

My Experience with Blippo

On may 14th I placed my order on Blippo’s website. 2 week later I wrote an email to them asking when my order would be shipped out since on their website it clearly states that Blippo will reach out to customers if the order has not been shipped within 7 business days, they did not reach out to me. However they did respond to my email 2 days later and explained that they were going through a warehouse move. I was a bit frustrated that they failed to explain that to me before I placed an order, but all in all I was very understanding and patient.

I think it’s very irresponsible of them not to write on their website that they’re going through a warehouse move that will cause all orders to be delayed for months. I sent them a new mail 3 weeks ago about the status of my order, they responded within 2 business days and said that the warehouse move was finally complete and that they would start shipping out orders again asap, prioritizing all of the already pending orders. Now it has been 17 days since that email and Blippo has failed to respond to any of my new emails asking about my order, and has also failed to ship out my order.

I have been very patient with Blippo and understanding of the delay caused by the warehouse move, but now I’m starting to wonder if my order will ever be shipped out. I do not recommend purchasing items from this store, I think the lack of communication from their part is unacceptable, both ignoring emails from their customers and not state on their website that they will be going through a warehouse move causing orders to be delayed for months.

I will update if I receive my order or if I have been completely scammed. Sadly I have had a very bad experience with Blippo, which is such a shame because I have really been looking forward to my order for months now and they really do have a beautiful sortiment of goods.

Update: They replied to my email 1 day after I posted my review here on trustpilot but refused to give me a time estimate after I already have been waiting nearly 2 months so I emailed them today ( 11th july 2025 ) to cancel my order and recieve a full refund, I will update when or if my refund goes through.

Second Update: July 15th 2025
They responded to my email regarding my cancellation and agreed to refund my order, my refund hasn’t processed yet but I will update when it has.

Final Update: July 17th 2025
My refund has been processed as of july 17th. I got my money back :)

We ordered from Blippo on 21 June and…

We ordered from Blippo on 21 June and has been emailing their customer service (hello@blippo) and I even whatsapp them but no reply! No idea what is happening to my order... is it shipped or not ? There are no updates whatsoever. Abit disppointed and wondering if my items will be coming (or not).

Not so great experience

I have had to file a claim with PayPal with this company after I cancelled my order but they refused to give me my refund. As other customers have stated, Blippo does not say anywhere on their site that they are moving warehouses which will affect shipping times. I waited a month for them to ship my order, but then asked them to cancel so I could order somewhere else. Customer service is kind of slow but very nice. I was, however, shocked when I saw the email from PayPal that my refund had failed with no email from Blippo with an explanation as to why. I will provide any updates when I can.

Update: My refund was able to process as of 6/27/25

I love the variety of products, but more communication would be great.

I love the variety of products and characters available on their website, and the shopping experience is very easy! Also, I like the rewards program as well. However, it would’ve been nice to put the warehouse move on the website, so I know my order was going to be delayed—it’s a bit unfortunate but hopefully it will be with me once the warehouse move is done.

Shipping takes too long its insane

Cute stickers for a good price but I ordered something all the way back in April 24th for a birthday and not a single word about it shipping. It is now June. Never ever had this sort of problem before 😔
