Blippo has so many kawaii things I’ve…

Blippo has so many kawaii things I’ve never found so easily before! It’s really handy to sort by Stock Availability and you see how many are left. I love how relevant the “similar product suggestions” tab for each thing always is!

Blippo’s biggest drawback is the shipping. My orders mostly take 3-5 weeks to arrive and the tracking is usually slow to update. Not that Blippo controls the way international shipping websites work, but with how they’re somewhat challenging to navigate and Blippo’s own occasional order confirmation/dispersal issues, it isn’t an ideal combination. It’s not been a problem for the majority of my orders though.

The customer service is very open and responsive. When one order didn’t ship out for 4 weeks because of the warehouse change, a particular item went out of stock. When I emailed, I could choose a different one of the same price, but I didn’t want that. Instead I used the balance on another thing or two altogether. They’re also really good with fixing incorrect items, like when I received a red pencil but I’d ordered 2B graphite.

Kawaii Box

Ordered their Kawaii box which had a lot of cute stuff that I probably wouldn’t buy normally but now that I have it I use all the time (like a small storage box or small spray bottle).

Zero communication, waiting months for my order

I've been waiting on my order for 3 months. And I've been waiting on a reply to my emails for weeks. Before I ordered they were already in the process in moving their warehouse but there was no notice of that on their shop website. Now they're supposedly shipping orders again but I'm still waiting. No reply to my email asking for a refund. It's a shame because I had good experiences with blippo in the past

Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service!
I emailed twice and messaged once with no reply about when my order would be shipped out! No where on the website does it specify long wait times and no communication.
I do keep getting emails about buying more products though, maybe shut down future sales and ship out what orders you have waiting to go out first!!

Waiting for over 4 months

I made an order on the 1st of August, half the order was dispatched but the other half has been pending since. Moving warehouse aside, it shouldn't take that long to dispatch. My order is BL223626. You have stopped replying to emails and even when you did it was just generic replys. Its annoying to be told my order will be dispatched soon, only to be still waiting months later. Would you be able to cancel and refund me please?

Bad experience

Terrible experience. Ignored my messages and did not ship my order. I’ve never dealt with customer service this bad. Stay away. Have not received refund yet.

I placed an order on May 6th

I placed an order on May 6th and I still haven't received my order. I'm so disappointed because I've never had any problems with this online shop before. It's also outrageous that they don't mention this risk of late delivery on their website and sell products even though there's a risk that you won't receive them. Now they've also stopped responding to messages and I feel like I've been scammed. Don't order from here because they don't openly talk about the problems with shipping orders. They need to sort out the problems and then continue selling products to people.

Problems with order and no communication

I've had nothing but positive experiences from Blippo so far and loved everything I've ever bought from them... Sooo many nice things, it's hard to stop.

I placed an order on the 7th November and when I checked up it had not been dispatched. I have tried to get in touch via WhatsApp, Email and Facebook Messenger. Each has been met with silence.

I'm still keen to get the order as I'm sure this is an honest mistake but why do I need to resort to a 1 star review here to get a response?

1. You messaged your customers saying you informed them about possible delays - untrue
2. You replied to my messages - untrue
Case in point: if you had replied/read my message then first of all I would not be here trying to get a response from you and secondly you would have realised I asked you to cancel and refund my order.
Please let me know when you have done this. Thank you

It has been over a week and I have still not received a refund. I will contact my bank at the end of the week if no action is taken

Removed a star as it has been almost 5 months since I ordered and it has not shipped and I have not received any follow up messages. I'm starting to worry that I've lost money, and even if I ask for a refund, what about the import tax/VAT that I had to pay?
