Placed an order on November 30th 2025, still haven’t received it, ordered was listed as “confirmed” on Shopify and later changed to “waiting for details”. I have attempted to contact Blippo through every available channel and haven’t received a single response. Making this review as a final effort before disputing the charge as fraud and reporting them to the BBB.

I ordered a bunch of stuff on the 4th of January for my boyfriend’s birthday later this month on the 25th. My order has only been confirmed so far (which is okay!) but after reading all the other recent reviews about orders taking a long time to even ship I am a bit worried and I wish that there had been some disclaimer at checkout about their warehouse being moved.
I will update my review if anything happens.

21/01/26 UPDATE: Yesterday I got the tracking number for the order and the status updated to “on the way” :)!

I ordered on Dec. 15. Still not shipped. No response. Requested a refund finally and still no response. Now I must call my bank to reverse the charge.

I ordered from them in February 2025 with no issue, items were shipped quickly at that time. I ordered a few things on Dec 13th and they still haven’t shipped. I emailed them a few days ago and haven’t received a response. After seeing the reviews on this page I don’t expect I’ll get one. I don’t know what happened to cause a change to their business, but unfortunately won’t be ordering from them again.

I placed an order 05/31/24 and they charged my card a couple of days later. Initially, they responded to my inquiries about when it would ship. Multiple emails back and forth about a warehouse move and delays. After seven months of waiting, I decided to ask for a refund. I’ve sent three emails about this with no response. Very disappointed and unfair to take my money when they have not shipped anything and clearly don’t intend to.

Didn't ship anything, 0 reply, its been nearly 2 months now. I've sent them messages to their emails several times. Thinking about getting a refund. outrageous.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They're likely exit scamming.

Their reply on this review is absolute nonsense too, you can’t even reply on trustpilot. They haven’t responded to 5 emails i’ve sent them so they clearly do not care.

I have ordered from Blippo several times in the past and had no issues,, sadly I will never order from them again.

Placed an order on 1st December, for Christmas. Now the 20th and not shipped. No contact from them to explain or warn of any delays.

Emailed, no response.

Sent message on Instagram. No response.

Posted on a post on their instagram, got a reply asking for my order no. I provided it. No response. I see they have responded to others saying they can email fo a refund.

Sent another email asking for a refund. No response.

Comment on another instagram post. No response.

Five days before Christmas and they have my money and I am short of multiple presents and no way to get my money back.

Avoid like the plague.

Now I have to try and find replacements at very short notice with no money.

I want a full refund.

I’ve used this site countless times and it’s always been great! I strongly recommend! Their quality is amazing every time :)

I placed my order November 7, 2025. After 4 weeks of waiting I contacted the provided email address to retrieve a status update on my order. No response. I followed up a week later. Still nothing. At this point I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund since nothing has been shipped. Anyone know how to connect with someone at Blippo?!

Amazing website to buy hello kitty and other girly things

I’ve been trying to contact blippo for over 2 weeks now on multiple different platforms but have had no reply. My parcel is saying it hasn’t even been packaged yet and I just want a refund as it’s obviously not going to arrive now before the new year.

I ordered a package from them 7 months ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. I received another email from them saying they’re going to ship my order soon, but I don’t trust them. I want to see a tracking code for my order, if not, I want a refund.
