Took 2 months to arrive but other than that everything came as advertised

Update: in no surprise to anybody, the order has still not been shipped and the end of the week has now passed. I contacted paypal, who instantly refunded me, this only happens when many people have complained so it becomes automatic. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Re: reply? Hmmm, really? In social media you say you've finished moving warehouses and all your back orders were shipped. That was BEFORE my order. I don't think this is a trustworthy company any more. I will update if I ever get my order but I suspect it will get to the end of the week and I will need to cancel and refund through paypal.
Honestly, I've used them for years and everything's been as expected, no issues. You wait a little for post, but they usually seem to come from Germany for UK so that's fine. You expect that.
Last order I made Order BL226587, on 3 Jan, so far no sign of anything and the most annoying thing is I still get promo emails from them daily telling me the thing I ordered is running out etc etc. Why don't you order one of these? Yes, have done, why don't you send it?
The last time I had this experience of things at a company suddenly imploding they went out of business very soon after, hopefully not the case here, but please make sure you make all orders with means that can be easily refunded with your service provider, just in case.
Hopefully they'll bounce back, but right now use caution when ordering.

Order placed 12/27. I have inquired multiple times for a status update and hear all about how they're so sorry, but NEVER get a response when I provide order number. They've indicated on social media that they are caught up with orders, so I'm confused why there is no status on an order from almost 3 weeks ago.

I love having access to authentic Japanese items. My only reason for the 4 start is the duplicates on the gachapons. Due to the cost vs duplicate ratio I would like to see maybe go to more variety of machines to reduce the likelihood of duplicates. Other than that, very good website

If you can wait 10 days for shipping, the offers are really great if you can find what you want on sale. Lots of rare traditional japan candy shop anime and kawaii items

A cute store that is full of many cute things. It's semi common for there to be sales or they have lots of marked down goods.

I purchased a few stationery items which arrived. The shipping wasn't too bad. The overall item quality was decent. I would buy again:)

In General i love the shop,its unique its Kawaii,but there is one problem. I ordered TWICE this past month. One gift for me,the second for a friend.and payed EXTRA for a fast shipping and got ignored in emails.truly disappointed.

Update: finally got my order on January 30. It's missing one item, they send me an e-mail to notice me that I was being refunded in store credit... I asked them to refund me on my card because I don't intent of ordering again and they never answered back. So they basically stole me 5$.

Ordered some stuff back in november for christmas, it still has not been shipped. I wrote them 2 weeks ago to ask when it's gonna be shipped and no answer.

Edit 01.17: it's sunday and nothing has been shipped...
