Order placed on April 27th, 2025, I still have not received my order yet. I need to send message every month to ask them where my order is, they keep telling me they are moving their warehouse and they will send my order soon. Last message I sent was Nov 3. I received response on Nov 6. They said they have started shipping the delay orders. Today is Nov 24, I still have not heard from them. An order takes more than half an year and still have not received? What a joke!

ABSOLUTE SCAM! DO NOT BUY! NO PRODUCT, NO REFUND, NO RESPONSE.
I placed order over a month ago.

This company is a fraud. They took my money but have never shipped the order.

I repeatedly asked for a refund, but they are completely ignoring all my emails.

It has been over 30 days. Save your money and time. AVOID this retailer.

Love the box, though sometimes a number of the items seem cheap and useless. I wish they still made stuff with Aiko on it.

I've ordered a few Hello Kitty plushies from their online shop, and they are just TOO CUTE! I LOVE that Blippo sells authentic Japanese plushies to any/every fan who enjoys collecting kawaii stuffies!

Absolutely terrible experience--read all of the reviews with one star or less and you will know what is really going on with this company. This is the only way that they respond so guess I will resort to this again.

Now they have the audacity to send a "pink Friday sale" email, and I've simply had enough.

Like another reviewer, I placed my order in April 2025--that one was canceled because I couldn't get in touch with anyone even after multiple emails and when I did, it was unsatisfactory. Foolishly, I placed a second order to test their shipping times to see if this truly was a matter of them moving warehouses, and that many other reviews were positive in the summer months. Spoiler alert: it isn't ANY different. Still waiting on part of my order from July 2025. Got an email that they're starting to ship again. That was in September. Finally followed up and said where is my order, and no response.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS.

This "company" is a scam.
IN April 2025 I placed an order and as of NOV 2025 all I have gotten is random emails with lies. My order has not come, they blame Trump tariffs, say they are moving, say they are shipping, then they don't respond to my emails.

BLIPPO COMES ON THIS REVIEW SITE TO RESPOND TO SOME PEOPLE, BUT THEN THEY LIE AND SAY THEY CANT FIND ORDERS FOR US. THEY SENT ME THE EMAILS WITH LIES SO THEY KNOW THERE IS AN ORDER WITH THAT EMAIL ADDRESS!

BLIPPO WASTES TIME HERE TELLING LIES ABOUT WHAT CUSTOMERS HAVE SAID. THEY SHOULD BE USING THEIR TIME TO SEND ORDERS THAT WERE PAID FOR!

Really cute packaging & a wonderful selection of unique Japanese snacks & collectibles. I received this package as a gift & it was delightful. I plan to personally order from this site.

I have waited two weeks for the order to update and ship. Zero response from email support. I think I will just have to do a chargeback on my card…

Place order 3 weeks ago but still not ship out. Emailed them 3 times, they replied after 5 days said they are moving their warehouse from Hong Kong to Japan. And said they have just start shipping out the order. But after 10 days, they still haven’t shipped out my order and I have emailed them again but no reply. And I found out about their company reviews online, many customer complaining about not receiving their order for couple months. And they replied email with the same excuse to all the customers. They never mention any delay on their website either.
