Ordered two pairs of size 10 safety…
Ordered two pairs of size 10 safety shoes (two different models). One fits me just fine, the other is too small for me. Unfortunately, I have removed the tag and I assume I cannot send it back.

Hi Andrei, unfortunately, you are correct, and the tag specifically says not to remove it in case of refunds. We encourage all customers to try them on first at home or indoors for fit before removing them. We are truly sorry. The customer service or should I call it costumer loyalty from Black hammer has been second to none . The boots I bought are so comfortable with the reassurance of the safety toecap and the steel insoles and the wide toe gives enough room for two pairs of socks with wiggle room for my toes is just great .

Hi Gino, we just wanted to confirm whether a size 11 was sent? Looking at the order, a size 10 was ordered. Regardless of whether the size 10 you ordered was still too large or a size 11 was sent, you are still eligible for our 45-day return policy.

Reliable
I have had quite a few pairs of black hammer boots for work. They are so comfy, they never need breaking in, I can just take them from the box and immediately wear them all day. I walk miles 5 days a week so it's essential they are comfortable and grip well in mud etc. I don't even look elsewhere when they need replacing. Fast delivery too.
