The .eml to PDF conversion tool created a garbled mess of illegible characters. I tried to apply the refund policy and after 11 days of troubleshooting, tech support was still unable to fix the issue, I had to convert all of my documents manually, and they refused to give a refund because tech support is 'actively working' on my case.

I have worked with their support team before (April 2024), and they were fast, accurate, and converted some of my data for me!

This time (March 2025), I made a suggestion and they implemented it within 4 days.

Adam Smith from Support was amazing. I probably would have dumped the software because I was making a mistake and didnt realize it. Adam took the time to scan through my downloads and we tried several times. He was able to push me in the right direction and this software just saved me at least two days full work. The product was slightly modified to split 5+gb file efficiently, & since this time it works very quicklyn sub 10 minutes,

This is a product advertised as an effective tool to convert .pst to .pdf. As a U.S lawyer, I can tell you this is an awful product and NOT a useful litigation tool. Don't waist your money or your time.

I'm very impressed with this company. I was in need of a product to convert pdf documents into a pst format. I wasn't sure if such a program existed, when I came across a product offered by this company. Naturally, I was skeptical of purchasing online from a company that I had no experience with. While I did encounter a couple of obstacles with the program the technical support team worked with me, and even went above and beyond to "update" the program to suit my needs. I highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

I purchased their solution to backup Google workspace mailboxes which was quite large so I was afraid to losing any data. I contacted to their live chat support and I must say that the support team is quite professional and patience. they answered all my questions and concerns. the google workspace backup program worked great as expected. a lifesaver program.

Good product, does the job of converting old MS Live Mail archives to more modern formats. I used this to convert to PST and GMail. Excellent after sales support was most helpful in what is a tricky area of file conversion.

Based on my investigation, this seems like a US front for a software company based in India which markets identical products under various brand names.

Furthermore, as others have noted, their "30-day money-back guarantee" is quite misleading and doesn't function as one might expect. Upon reading their full policy, you'll discover that obtaining a refund after purchasing a product is nearly impossible. This applies even if the product is faulty or non-functional (as long as they can continue offering their "help," which you're obligated to accept and cooperate). I personally believe that you should consider this carefully before investing in their products.

From my personal experience, not only must you prove that their software has faults, but you must also allow their team to attempt to resolve the issue by almost any means. When the registration key I received didn't work for my purchased product (my computer repeatedly notified me that the key was incorrect and kept me on the demo version), they sent me a REG file via WeTransfer, asking me to install it manually to activate the full version. I tried this solution several times, despite the potential risk to my computer, however the REG file failed to install on my Windows machine.

It's worth noting that I'm quite experienced with computers and invested several hours trying to make this product work. I disabled protections such as Anti-Virus, Firewall, and VPN, reinstalled the product, and made numerous other attempts before deciding to uninstall the software and make my request for a refund.

Although the product didn't work and my refund request was issued only few hours after purchase, they consistently denied my request. Instead, they insisted they were "here to help" and at this stage asked me to install third-party software to allow them remote access to my computer. At this point, I refused to download and install another program, let alone grant remote access to people that I don't know and can't trust (especially for a basic product meant to convert files from one type to another).

After I persisted with my refund request, they registered another product for me—apparently the same product I initially purchased but under one of their India-based brand names. They asked me to download and attempt to register this product, again sending a REG file via WeTransfer for manual installation. By this time, I had already found another (more expensive) product that worked from the start, so I declined to continue downloading software and files.

I engaged in extensive correspondence with their team regarding my refund request, but to no avail. Basically, you won't receive a refund as long as they can offer their "help," which they can do indefinitely. While they may assist you with their products, don't expect to recover your money if that's your desire. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions.

I was looking for an eml email convertor to recover 22 mailboxes from a backup. The MacUncle EML software can connect to the imap server directly to restore the mail.
It's had some errors when i tried it the first time, but when i contacted the support they where very helpfull. After a remote session they discoverd a a small bug and after 48 hours i got a working update. This is an unexpected level of support which i really love. Thank you.

I had to export a very large data file (50G of emails with attachments, don’t ask), and I was having trouble getting Macuncle to work because of the large file. The customer and technical support team was determined and persistent in figuring out the problem and determining a solution — which involved a lot of extra time on their end for no additional fee. Many many thanks! The date below does not reflect the many days of back and forth on this trying different things…

I purchased a software license and ran into some issues due to the size of the migration. The support team went above and beyond to address all of my issues and concerns. Special shout out to Kevin, who always responded promptly and kept me up-to-date on the team's progress. Highly recommend.

In order to keep access to my old Lotus Notes emails, I needed a program to convert them to Outlook.
After a little research, I decided on the nMigrator program from RecoveryTools.
That turned out to be a very good decision. Although the Notes database was already a very old version, the team found a solution to make all emails available again.
An excellent support and an absolute recommendation from me for anyone planning a similar project!

I tried MBOX Fixer to attempt to fix mbox files that weren't actually broken. The tool wrote damaged mbox files to disk, containing broken "From " message headers and delete messages in the process.

This seems to be due to some rather bad programming. They claim that their products can be used in a court of law. Considering the awful software quality, that should never be done.

Also, I wonder if this is just another US front for another company in India that sells these tools using different product names and various company names.

Pretending to be the author of the tools seems to be misleading if you're just a seller.

You do not know that you can only erase 25 emails for free with their software (after that $45). It worked so I paid for the product. It erased about 175 emails and disconnected from Gmail and would not relink. I spent over 2 hrs with various attempts. Also, their screen shots for installation are based on older Mac IOS so you have to dig. Finally I gave up and asked for a refund. They told me I had to provide them with an error file before they would credit me. I did and they have ignored my continued request for a refund so I have to dispute the charge through Visa. Bottom line.... stay clear of these folks.

Matthew did a great job explaining how your software pkg was designed and it's functions. I found out that I had selected the wrong pkg based upon how I was backing up Outlook 365 and using GMAIL only as an initial repository. I'm switching to your PST CONVERTER WIZARD. Matthew was very professional in dealing with someone retired with 44 years of IT software development and seen/experienced the computer revolution from mainframes - PC's - client/server - Internet. I would highly recommend Matthew and his company.
