Excellent Service
The delivery communication was excellent and Kim, our delivery driver, was very courteous and helpful. Our only criticism is that we ordered the bed through The Wooden Bed Company and weren’t told that the mattress would be delivered by a different company. We therefore very nearly deleted the email notifying us the mattress was on the way as though it was a scam and didn’t want to click on the link! Perhaps that needs to be addressed.

Easy to order and track. Great quality product and easy to assemble. Delivery brilliant. Delivered on time by a lady called Kim. Kim was great. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable about my product. The parcel was so heavy, Kim took ot upstairs .. nothing was too much trouble. THANKS 😊

A great furniture delivery experience!
I was kept updated regularly with the progress of my delivery. It arrived as promised & the delivery man was very helpful & put our boxes exactly where we needed them. It's just a shame that Birlea can't offer an assembly service, along with delivery. We'd have happily paid extra for that!

A Little disappointed that my original…
A Little disappointed that my original delivery date that was confirmed on purchase, was changed to 5 days later.
But once the new date was confirmed it arrived as planned within the time slot given. I was given updates along the way and the delivery guys were great. They carried the boxes into my house and placed them carefully, checking that the location was ok and wished me a lovely day.
The drawers themselves are great. Probably the best quality I’ve ever bought

Nice guys, friendly and helpful
Nice guys, very helpful and offered to take the boxes upstairs for me. One box had a rip in it so he checked it thoroughly and asked if I wanted to take the delivery or return it for a new one. There was no damage so I was happy to take the delivery. 10/10!

Extremely happy with delivery service and company
Noah the delivery driver was extremely helpful, brought double bed round back and assisted my husband with it. Smooth delivery and arrived between the allocated time slot. Not yet opened the boxes yet but the company has been easy to order from with a very competitive price so overall very happy

Great company
Just had Funiture delivered by Birlea. I was kept informed of the delivery slot and sent tracking information so I was able to track where the driver was. They arrived on time were brilliant professional and friendly and unpacked my Funiture in the room where it was going. I have used this company before their products are well made and great prices. They are amazing and I would definitely recommend them.
