We had our drawers delivered today by Kim, and I just wanted to take the time to leave a special review for her.
Kim was absolutely lovely from start to finish. She was so friendly to me and my son, polite and genuinely pleasant to deal with, and she made the whole delivery experience feel effortless. She was really easy to have a conversation with and had such a lovely, warm personality.
It’s not often you get someone who makes such a positive impression during a delivery, but Kim really did. She is a credit to Birlea and clearly takes pride in providing a great customer experience.
Please make sure Kim gets the recognition she deserves for this review, as she was fantastic. I would be more than happy to have her deliver to us again in the future.

Good service
Good service! Bought an item that was meant to take up to 7 days and came the next day! We had a delivery window but was kept up to date if it was going to be earlier. Very good service and Kim was a pleasure when she arrived. Happy Customers :)

Excellent purchase and service. Great Walnut colour of round fluted side table purchased via amazon at a very good price. Value for money. Delivered direct from Birlea Furniture with very good communications as to delivery status. The side table matched a previous purchase of tv unit from Birlea Furniture and was very easy to assemble following the step by step instructions with no issues. Once assembled it looks stunning and very functional. Would definitely purchase Birlea Furniture again. Overall very pleased.

Do not recommend
First wardrobe arrived completely smashed to bits. Second wardrobe arrived after weeks of waiting for a reply and multiple emails. Instructions were terrible. Built wardrobe and the wood splintered and the whole wardrobe collapsed!! Wouldn't recommend in any way terribly quality and it's now in the skip as we've just had enough

They didn't notify me and delivered part of the bed to my neighbour. It took weeks to rectify.
