Ho ordinato in data 7 gennaio scorso un piatto per stampante Biqu Glacier, mi è stato speditoil 15 gennaio e dopo un paio di giorni mi hanno comunicato che il pacco era rientrato nei magazzini chiedendomi di contattare io il corriere.
Alle mie rimostranze non c'è stata alcuna risposta.
Ho quindi aperto un reclamo su PayPal per chiedere il rimborso di quanto pagato e, ancora una volta, senza ricevere alcuna risposta mi è stato rispedito il piatto che una volta arrivato è stato ritirato da mia figlia e non ho quindi rimandato indietro.

Poor service to customers
It’s incredibly frustrating how poor Biqu’s customer service is. Received a delivery notification, but no package arrived. I’ve reached out to both Biqu support and the local delivery company responsible for the shipment, but neither has been helpful. They insist that since the delivery company marked it as delivered, it’s no longer their responsibility. I’m extremely disappointed with how difficult it was to even reach them—I had to go through so many different avenues just to get in contact, only to receive no real assistance.
Horrible business with no customer service
Horrible business with virtually no customer service. Some orders won't ship for weeks. The worse case scenario is if a package gets lost in the mail or delivered to the wrong address. BIQU will not refund you or reship the order. All the "Panda" products are downgrades from the stock Bambu parts. Also they censor reviews on their website. Anything below 4 starts gets removed.

Nun das ging wegen dem Fehler der Firma kapput.
Ich habe natürlich um Gewährleistung gefragt. Jedoch stoß ich bei der Firma auf starken Widerstand mit Widersprüchlichen Aussagen sowie arrogante indirekte Aussagen.
Ich schalte nun den Verbraucherschutz ein.
Also wenn ihr von diesem Shop etwas kauft könnt ihr davon ausgehen das ihr mehrmals kauft.

Sehr schlechter Händler schickt die Ware nicht raus schreibt Mann die Firma dann An das Mann denn artickel storniert kommt prompt eine nachichicht von Paypal wegen sende Status was nicht abgeschickt mit die es nicht stornieren auf fragen wird nicht geantwortet ich kann von diesem Shop abraten schon dreist die schicken die Ware nicht im Rahmen der Lieferzeit die angegeben wird nie wieder biqu ernsthaft selber schuld erst in Forum lesen dann bestellen !!!!

Most of my we’re on back order one item still is it’s taken forever to get from Illinois to Michigan going on like four days from one order so not really a good experience for 300 and something dollars worth of merchandise
Horrible Customer Experience
Order placed and paied on 05.10.2023 today is 17.10.2023 and still nothing is packed or shipped out. WhatsApp Support answers days later and say I should contact the shipper by email ?? What the heck. Thats nothing what I understand under customer support. Do not order there if you really need the parts.

Their support is horrible
Their support is horrible. They perform an arrogant indifference and apparently hope that users give up or that the return deadline for the product is exceeded before a response is received. They seem to have become too big of a company to take their customers genuine seriously.
worst buying experience and support I had
ive seen reviews on YouTube, ordered a hermit crab and some other products, the products maybe good (in general) but the support is just awful, wouldn't want that treatment for you enemies
first of all the hermit crab, I ordered the CAN version they sent me the standard, and after 100 pics sent they admited they send the wrong product
same goes for the h2, sent me the old version, and had yet again to send many many pics and the box clearly shows the old version they were just open this, send pics of this and that, I didn't accept the lousy refund amount they offered but they just decided with Aliexpress that and sent it anyways, I kept the things hoping its the last ill have to deal with them
2 plates were very loose, even a 1-2000mms2 speeds just knocks it off he park and it comes flying away, contacted the support, were answering quicker for sales, when it came to support, no one was there anymore
an e3 v3 and a touch screen, 2 mosfets were blown, motherboard was plugged for like an hour, noticed part cooling fan not spinning checked things out, not working also the case cooling fan, contacted them. . . the motors needs to be turning and the fan only turns when the extruder goes to .. . which is common infos and I can see that in the marling config, and sent videos

I purchased there bigtreetech skr mini e3 v3.0 and a tft35 e3 v3.0 for my ender 3 pro
And I had a problem with the tft35 e3 v3.0 screen
So I sent them an email and they couldn't of been more helpful and within a day they resolved the issue
This is why if I could I would be giving them 10 out of 10 for there products and there pricing and there first class service
