Phenomenal customer service!! Bill responded in minutes to an email I sent him at 9pm. He immediately reached out to the manufacturer and they made a new muffler in Italy & shipped it to Bill's exhaust. Upon receipt Bill shipped it directly to me all free of charge. All businesses should take note, this is how you take care of your customers. Nothing but respect to Bill & his team. You've earned a customer for life.

I have to say from start to finish this experience with this company has been amazing. I actually called bill and lo and behold it was bill who picked up! I was amazed with the personal touch to the customer service. He answered all of my questions before my purchase and when I made my purchase he updated me each step of the way! I received my Vandemon exhaust with in a week of purchase! I will definitely be a return customer in the future!

My experience was above and beyond excellent. I have a brand new model (25 Husqvarna Vitpilen 801) and there are no listed parts specifically available for it. Bill's exhaust was patient and understanding with my experimentation fitting a cat-delete pipe and muffler. (Arrow 71719mir and LeoVince 14253E) I chose a wrong one, sent it back, and he sent another one right away. All while maintaining constant communication.
Customer service is not dead!

Bills exhaust is great. Bill the owner communicates with his customers which gives a personalized service. I love my GP1 Austin Exhaust on my 2023 zx6r. I've purchased other items too like riding pants and and an Arrow link pipe. Bills Exhaust sells a lot of different items so check them out. Its nice to buy a variety of items from one shop. Much respect to Bill for the good service.

Fair price and updated tentative on the progress of the exhaust. Extremely happy w/ my Austin Racing moto exhaust on my 2023 ninja 636. Sounds INCREDIBLE!!
