Disappointed with customer service and quality of the case

I have ordered a case from youngkit. After using it for like a month, it turned out be become black on the edges and looked like an old cheap case. I didn’t find any good quality in it. I recorded a video and send it to them, at first they denied it and said to wipe it off with a wet tissue, Although it was so obvious in the video. After putting a review they agreed to send me a replacement but I never received the replacement. They clearly said if I remove my review, they are willing to send a replacement but I never got my replacement. I am so disappointed with the customer service and won’t buy any more cases from them.

Your Purchase and Initial Feedback: You purchased our phone case in early March. In April, you first reported the discoloration issue.
Our Initial Response and Request: Upon receiving your feedback, we immediately followed up and asked you to provide video evidence to confirm the issue. The video you initially provided was shot in uneven lighting and shadows, making it difficult to clearly discern the discoloration you described.
Troubleshooting Suggestions and Core Request: If you're unable to clearly determine the issue, we politely request that you retake a clear video in better lighting and send it to us. This is a necessary step to confirm the issue and initiate the after-sales process. Also, as a general troubleshooting tip (not a solution or denial of the issue), we mentioned that if the discoloration is caused by external debris, gently wiping it with a damp, soft cloth may help confirm the issue. We have clearly emphasized that once we receive a clear video and confirm the issue, we will immediately address and resolve it. We have been awaiting your submission of this crucial video evidence.
Your Subsequent Actions and Negative Review: Unfortunately, you did not provide the clear video we requested and instead posted a negative review on Trustpilot in April. For approximately three months after posting the negative review (April to early July), we attempted to contact you multiple times to obtain clear video to resolve the issue, but received no response.
Provision of Clear Evidence and Our Actions: It wasn't until early July that we first received a video you captured in normal lighting conditions that clearly showed the issue. Upon receiving this belated, clear evidence, we immediately confirmed the issue (in early July) and offered to resend you a new phone case free of charge. This timing is inconsistent with your statement in the negative review that you agreed to resend the case after posting the review. Our decision to resend the case was based on receipt of the clear video in early July, not the negative review itself. Our approach to handling after-sales issues is always based on clearly confirmed product issues.
Reshipment and Receipt Confirmation: We have arranged a reshipment for you as promised. Logistics records clearly show that the reshipped package was successfully signed for at 21:46:12 local time on July 22, 2025. We have also provided you with a photo of the logistics certificate with the signature information. If you truly have not received your package, please contact your building management or your local post office for inquiries. We can also provide you with necessary logistics information.
Regarding the removal of the negative review: When we requested a reshipment in early July, given that the issue had been resolved with clear evidence and that the previous communication difficulties were primarily due to insufficient evidence and a loss of contact, we explained that this was a misunderstanding (we were waiting for a clear video, which you had not provided/were out of touch) and asked if you would consider removing the previous negative review. To be clear, our request for reshipment was based on our responsibility to resolve the product issue (based on a clear video) and was not conditional on removing the negative review. Our request for removal of the negative review was made in good faith, based on the misunderstanding being resolved and the issue resolved.
We sincerely apologize for any misunderstandings that may have occurred during the communication process and for ultimately failing to fully satisfy you.

A bit deceptive
The quality isn't the issue, it's that the product page never clearly states that it is "only" the back cover, which I felt was kind of deceptive, especially because the images seem to make it look like a full matching case.

Not good if you have to fix the issue yourself
For this kind of price, the case should not have a flaw. The bottom part of the case was perfect, but the upper part was not hugging my phone like the lower part of the case. I had to use a blow dryer very hot temperature whilst pressing down the lip of the upper case to bend down a bit. At first I thought it would damage the case. But it didn't. Next time you sell cases for phones. Make sure it is the perfect fit. You are charging us way to high and we're not getting the 5 star quality of your items.

the material makes your hands physically sweat, the lower right edge of the phone is not firmly secured in the case, the hole for the camera button is poorly designed from an engineering point of view - too thin and soft at the top

My father gave me a youngkit iPhone case and I love the packaging design and overall feel of the case. They don’t feel cheap and very durable.
