Everything went very well
Everything went very well, except for the pick-up of my bike not being confirmed until a few days later. But that wasn’t Bikeflights’ fault. It was probably the truck driver’s. Communication from Bikeflight was excellent.

Shipping new Frame
Shipping a frame across the country and the entire process was extremely easy and intuitive. On top of that, the pricing is very clear and affordable with insurance protection. At the end I simply emailed the label to the other party and it's all done.

Odpowiedź od Bikeflights.com
Hi Alan,
Thank you for clarifying, and we’re glad to hear your order and the overall process went smoothly! We’re sorry, though, that you had trouble finding the box you needed.
We’re currently in the process of redesigning and transitioning our Bikeflights boxes, which has resulted in some limited availability of certain box sizes and products. We understand how frustrating that can be when you’re trying to get a shipment arranged, and we appreciate your patience while we work through the transition.
Thanks again for the feedback and for choosing Bikeflights!
