I had a query with the quotation l was given to repair my double oven .I contacted customer services and spoke to a young lady by the name of Gemma who was very helpful and offered excellent customer service and with her gentle persuasion we came to an agreement and I did not cancel my contract.,she is an asset to the customer service team which goes a long way in keeping customers happy keep up the good work.

It was a very good experience to talk to an articulate human being with good social skills. After several phone calls that couldnt be finalised, Rosanna remained friendly, patient and helpful talking me through the transaction with ease.
