I had tried to build an online store using several other platforms prior to finding Big Cartel. Big Cartel has been by far the easiest to setup and manage. It's so easy, a caveman could do it!

Excellent Customer Service

The best part of Big Cartel is their customer service. The customizable shop designs are great, upfront pricing and no hidden fees, unlike several big platforms. But each time I had a question customer service was immediately available to help me through.

no help at all

I was not able to detect any outreach at all to introduce my product to any audience outside my own social media contacts. their only outreach to me was about selling me more of their business tools,

Big Cartel has made selling online so much easier! I can spend more time creating, and less time dealing with website and ecommerce issues. Even better - when I did have a problem, I got to talk to an actual human being! Highly recommend!

Great website for any start up company…

Great website for any start up company with options for free service with 5 listings, $15 USD a month for 50 listings or $25 USD for 100 listings. This website has helped me and my business out quite a bit and has also saved me monthly fees
