Overall a better site with more seller…
Overall a better site with more seller friendly practices than etsy by far. It's sometimes a bit annoying to hear about a new feature only to find out that it isn't available with the page design you chose, especially when there are so few designs to pick from. For the price, it feels like you should get more options. Needing to code a whole page for a feature like a gallery on half of the options feels pretty silly. The shipping is pretty faulty too no matter how precise you are with your weights and measurements, I wish it was more integrated with the shipping sites like shippo or pirate ship that always get the costs right versus using the numbers from the shipping companies directly which means you over charge or under charge consistently. Still somehow the best site I've used so far.

Website Results
Despite using Big Cartel's free service website, I have failed to see any improvement in my sales numbers. No sales since I started a couple of months ago. The website is super easy to set up and the help is great.

Easy to setup shop
Easy to setup shop, low to no fees (Etsy could learn a few things) fairly intuitive setup, help when its needed. 2nd day online, no sales yet, but build it and they will come.
