It is a trouble free much needed way to sell my books with out knocking on doors.

So far I really enjoy big cartel. Making and opening my shop was pretty easy, only a few little things were slightly confusing but once I figured out it it was easy to complete. I love that the are no additional fees and they're page is very helpful for multiple things for businesses. I only wish they I could have subcategories within my product categories and that they had an email available to do email lists right from the same website. Besides that I really enjoy my site and I recommend Big Cartel to all my small business friends that are looking to open an online shop.

I previously cancelled my site, because I lost interest in keeping BC website, not marketing as I should’ve, and not getting sales. I deleted all of my products and didn’t save them the way I should’ve. I was so angry at myself for doing that.

Anyway, when I checked the changes BC made, with different apps, templates, and marketing, I decided to start over, and make few changes to my website.

Now I have to get serious and start using some of the apps to help my website to get more exposure.

It’s not hard to set up your site, you could pick and choose whatever template you want. Whenever I need help, I usually get an answer right away if it’s at a reasonable time.

Big Cartel makes it all so easy!

Since starting my business I've had a few hurdles like everyone but any issues or questions have been promptly addressed by the Big Cartel team, so glad I've been associated with them for these past years!

I wanted to find a space to post some hand made silver jewelry and cabachons. I looked to see who my favorite sellers were using, and looked at several online marketplace options and Big Cartel was a top contender. I tried a one month subscription to see how easy (or difficult) it would be for someone with no website experience to create a page and this definitely did the job, so I upgraded to the one year subscription. I've had to use customer service for something I didn't understand, and Ana was very patient and helpful.
