Superbes tétines

Superbes tétines ! Je n'ai pas essayé les biberons. Mon enfant utilisé les tétines color symétrique, malheureusement toutes les couleurs et tailles ne sont pas disponibles. La livraison est extrêmement longue aussi ! Comptez une quinzaine de jours pour la France

Lovely products, shame about delivery time.

This is the second time ordering from bibsworld, the pacifiers are really good quality and my baby gets on well with them. However the delivery time is so long, I placed my order on the 2nd June and it’s still in Germany now. This will mean it’s way beyond the 3-8 business days stated for delivery to the UK. It’s put me off ordering again.

Excellent customer service

I had accidentally placed an order and needed quick cancellation. Customer service was amazing and they fixed my problem ASAP and went above and beyond to ensure my order would be cancelled and refunded. A huge bonus to already loving the products from this company!

Worst service..

I’ve paid for an order I did not receive. Trying to get in touch with costumer service doesn’t work. I’ve sent over 6 messages, reached out on instagram but no contact.

Updated Review : From Disappointment to Delight

After a rocky first experience with my order(missing items, a mystery object, and initial slow response), I’m truly happy to share that BIBS has not only rectified the issue but exceeded my expectations in doing so. Jasmin from the BIBS team was incredibly professional, kind, and patient in handling the situation. She ensured all missing items were sent, including updated versions of the products, along with a few beautiful extras (the stunning BIBS x Liberty blanket was such a lovely touch!). On top of that, even arranged express shipping to Canada, understanding that I was about to travel.

I am sincerely grateful for the way they listened, took ownership, and worked to turn things around. It’s rare to see such commitment to customer satisfaction these days.

Thanks again to Jasmin and the BIBS team. I now feel confident recommending the brand, not just for the gorgeous products but for the willingness to make things right.

Great quality

I love the color choices for pacifiers and the round one shape is the first one all my babies accepted. For my 3rd baby I naturally bought some because I'm sure he would accept it if he needs one.
It never comprimised breastfeeding and was my best friend to have my babies at peace everytime they needed to be reassured.
Very satisfied of the products and quality. Thank you Bibs.

The best baby soothing product!

The bibsworld company has saved our lives when it came to finding a soothing pacifier for our son. Their natural latex bulb pacifier was the only pacifier he would take as a newborn and 15 months later he is still just as obsessed with them. Their customer service is extremely kind and caring, and their website is very easy to navigate. Just purchased 3 new packs of pacifiers that we are eagerly waiting to arrive. We are forever customers of this brand!

I purchased bottles and bottle sleeves…

I purchased bottles and bottle sleeves during their 'free sleeve' promotion. Unfortunately, the 'free sleeve' promotion code did not work properly when I purchased the bottles.
After a couple of emails, customer service assured me that they will refund the amount for 2 sleeves if I did a separate purchase.
I purchased 2 sleeves separately, confirmed the purchase with customer service, and got my refund!
Delivery timing was as expected and customer service was responsive. Will be buying more stuff from Bibs

Good product but catastrophic delivery !

I'm very happy about the product but the delivery is catastrophic!! Indeed it takes a lot of time, but the worse is the delivery company : they never manage to deliver (but everyone else does every week!) and I have no information about it, no email, no alert, and I have to ask for the reimbursement that I receive weeks later... shame

Good products for your baby

For the products definitely is 5 stars, but for delivery is 1. It’s took almost 1 month to deliver my parcel, and of course I thought it’s won’t come, and ordered same products from other store. Now have everything double, what is fine, but Definitely they need to change a delivery company otherwise they will loose the clients

I ordered from them second time 21.03.2025, because I like that products, and I have to change my review, because I decided to order again from them and this time I got much faster my delivery and from now I definitely can recommend to my friends and other customers

Super service
