I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BIBs. My order never arrived, despite the advertised delivery timeframe passing weeks ago. Communication has been poor throughout – after initially responding, my last two emails were simply ignored, leaving me with no updates or resolution.
As a customer, I expected either the product I paid for or a prompt refund. Instead, I have been left chasing for answers with no satisfactory outcome.
I would not recommend ordering from BIBs based on my experience. Poor customer service and a lack of accountability have made this a very frustrating process.

I’m having the same issue as recent reviewers in that I ordered a bunch of dummies for about £60 and haven’t received them. There is no further information about the delivery that’s come through. I’ve reached out to customer service 3 times about this and not heard back on anything. Incredibly disappointing as they’re a huge company , so I’d suspect they could employ a few people to deal with their customers concerns. I’ll need to flag this with my bank now to try and recoup my money and I’ll definitely be looking at a different company to purchase my baby’s dummies from moving forward.

Really gutted as they’re the only dummies my baby will take and she’s stuck with ones that are now too small for her!

Update: I finally received a full refund. Although I am still sad that I never received my order, I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved. I truly love the brand and hope that future customers will have a better experience.
I am updating my 1-star review to 3 stars because they handled the situation fairly in the end.
Very disappointing experience. I placed my order on June 2 and expected delivery within the advertised 3–8 business days. My parcel was sorted in the country of origin on June 5, but according to the tracking information it did not leave until June 16. Since then, there have been no further updates at all.
I have contacted both BIBS and SkyNet several times. Unfortunately, SkyNet stopped replying completely, and BIBS only sends the same generic responses saying that the case is being investigated. Weeks have passed and nobody has been able to provide any real information about where my parcel actually is.
I also contacted BIBS several times on Instagram. My messages were seen, but I received no reply, even after asking about the status of my order and the refund process.
I paid around $85 for my order, and after almost a month I still have neither my products nor any clear information. I ordered with great trust because I really liked this brand, but unfortunately this has become the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication, the unanswered messages, and the constant generic responses have been extremely disappointing. I only wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

It’s hard to know if this is a scam company or just a really badly run one!
Spent £60 on a few items. A month has passed and nothing. A few ambiguous updates (after me chasing) about shipping problems. I finally requested a full refund today but told they cannot do this as the items have left the warehouse - to anyone reading this who may be in the same situation, that is actually against EU legislation so don’t be palmed off with that crap.
The product range looks lovely online…. Utterly pointless if it they don’t arrive. Avoid this company.

UPDATE 16th June
Bibs customer services got back to me and said they'd look into why my order was now in/coming from Spain.
I responded and asked for a refund due to goods not delivered and they have done this without any quibble which I'm thankful for. Such a shame they seem to have considerable issues with shipping when bought direct from their site. Changed to 2 stars as I didn't have to fight for a refund.
Original review
This is a review of the order process, not the product.
I placed an order for 4 dummies/pacifiers and a case on 24th May. To cut a long story short, this is what the order and shipping process has looked like for me so far:
24th May - placed order
29th May - I requested an update via email
2nd June - Order dispatch email (using SkyNet with tracking info)
5th June - sorted to destination in Amsterdam hub (according to SkyNet tracking info)
9th June - response to my update request that my order had been shipped with a Royal mail tracking number included, plus an email from royal mail saying they've been advised of my item. This is when I discovered my order was now in Spain and being dispatched from there. I emailed them back and asked how it had ended up in Spain.
15th June - date of writing this review, no response from customer services, no update on royal mail or SkyNet tracking. It's now been 22 calendar days since I placed my order (16 buisness days). Standard shipping to UK is advised at 2-7 business days.
My advice? Get them from a local stockist or just go with another brand.

Worst product kept giving our newborn gas and teets a very poor kept getting draw back and nipple tucked into bottle, worst product how this product is praised has got me baffled.

Wir haben für unseren Sohn über Amazon ein Set dieses Herstellers gekauft.
Die Verpackung war nachweislich bereits geöffnet worden.
Der Versender Amazon und auch der Händler Bibs haben sich diesem Problem (Mangel) nicht annehmen wollen.

Virkelig lækre produkter og super god kvalitet. Man kan tydeligt mærke, at BIBS går op i både design, materialer og komfort for de små. Sutterne holder godt, ser flotte ud og føles som et premium produkt. Derudover blev vores ordre leveret lynhurtigt, hvilket bare gjorde oplevelsen endnu bedre. Vi har været meget tilfredse og kan varmt anbefale BIBS til andre forældre

I placed an order on April 26 for 5 items. 4 out of the 5 items were 13 euros or less. The most important item was a 79 euro baby blanket that I planned to use as my receiving blanket for my infant that is due to arrive ay day now. The package arrived with the small things I ordered, but not the most important - the baby blanket. I immediately reached out to customer support for help. They told me they'd get back to me in 1 - 3 business days. I let them know it was urgent. They have not replied. I can not find a phone number or chatbot to receive faster support. I am incredibly disappointed. It has been 2 business days. I hope they get back to me within the 3 days with a satisfactory resolution.
Update: they eventually refunded me for the missing item.

Havde bestilt en masse sutter, hvorefter halvdelen af min bestilling slettes. Jeg er ikke blevet kontaktet i forhold til om jeg vil bibeholde ordren - hvilket jeg ikke er interesseret i. Har skrevet til kundeservice der ikke svarer, derefter skriver jeg denne anmeldelse, da deres kundeservice er til maximum én stjerne.

Lavede en ordre d. 14/4, og på deres hjemmeside står der levering er 1-3 dage. Kontaktede dem pr mail efter 4 dage, har intet hørt retur og de har reserveret pengene på min konto.

Een aantal weken geleden heb ik bibs spenen besteld. 1 april is de zending aangemeld maar tot op heden is er geen update meer geweest over mijn bestelling. Ik heb de klantenservice benaderd maar ik krijg geen reactie.
Ik hoop dat ik de bestelling ooit nog ontvang, maar Ik had wel beter verwacht van een bedrijf zoals bibs world..
Ik raad het af om via hen te bestellen. Wat een teleurstelling.

Ich bestelle regelmäßig mehrere Schnuller auf einmal, als Vorrat.
Mein Kind nimmt ausschließlich die Schnuller von BIBS. Alle anderen scheinen ihn absolut nicht zu interessieren.
Er nimmt auch nur die aus Latex und in runder Form.
Ich persönlich kann diese nur empfehlen.
Sie sehen nicht nur wirklich schick aus mit dem runden Design und farbenfrohen Farben, sondern es lässt sich durch das Latexmaterial sehr gut erkennen wenn sie ausgetauscht werden müssen. Da der Sauger dann größer aussieht wie davor. Ich hab auch keine sorge dass der Latexschnuller reist oder kaputt geht durch daran ziehen oder herumbeißen, da mein kleiner seinen Schnuller ab und zu wirklich sehr bearbeitet...
Außerdem würde ich definitiv die Glow in The night Sauger empfehlen da sie nachts gut sichtbar sind, Grade wenn das Kind ihn im Schlaf rausnimmt aber ihn zum wieder einschlafen benötigt.
Positiv zu erwähnen ist meiner Meinung auch, dass die Produkte immer vorbildlich und sehr ansehnlich eingepackt und versendet werden. Sprich mit extra Papier umwickelt, wenn mehrere Packungen der gleichen Größe bestellt wurden sind sie sauber und sortiert angeordnet eingepackt. Also ich kann mich nur positiv über die Produkte äußern und werde sie definitiv weiter benutzen und weiter bestellen

My granddaughter refused to take a pacifier. She would just cry and spit them all out, until I tried Bibs. Bibs is literally the ONLY pacifier she would accept!! Boy what a blessing. The glow in the dark pacifiers are amazing! Makes finding it easy when mid-night wake ups occur. Worth every penny!!

Ich habe bei BIBS Schnuller bestellt, jedoch lediglich einen leeren, original verschlossenen Karton erhalten – ohne jegliche Ware. Direkt nach Erhalt habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert und alle erforderlichen Fotos mitgeschickt, um den Vorfall zu dokumentieren.
Auf meine erste Anfrage wurde schnell reagiert und ich wurde gebeten, ein Online-Formular auszufüllen. Dies habe ich umgehend erledigt. Leider konnte ich dort nur ein einzelnes Produkt auswählen, obwohl meine komplette Bestellung betroffen war. Auch darauf habe ich im Kommentarfeld sowie per E-Mail hingewiesen.
Seitdem habe ich keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr erhalten. Weder auf meine weiteren Nachfragen noch auf meine Mitteilung, dass ich andernfalls mein Geld zurückfordern werde, gab es eine Reaktion.
Ich habe für meine Bestellung bezahlt, jedoch keine Ware erhalten und fühle mich vom Kundenservice komplett im Stich gelassen. Sehr enttäuschend.
