Commande jamais livrée apres 3 semaines

Commande EU430708, tétines pour bébé attendue depuis presque de 3 semaines! Service client absolument pas réactif et compétent ils vous répondent pas des e-mail automatique sans lire votre e-mail. Je souhaite me faire rembourser ma commande car apres 3 semaines j’ai commandé sur Amazon qu’il n’ont livres en 48h. Seule solution à chaque fois proposée, c’est une remise de 15% pour mon prochain achat! Je ri. Je ne veux plus de ma commande et surtout aucune envie de réitérer cette expérience chez eux. C’est déplorable…

Never received my order

I was charged 60€ on the 8th of March. I have never received my order after 16 days and the customer service doesn’t answer my emails. I have asked for a refund but I doubt I will ever get it.

Bestelling geplaatst

Bestelling geplaatst, ondertussen al bijna 2 weken onderweg. Contact opgenomen met de klantenservice waar mijn pakket blijft, maar uiteraard geen gehoor. Vreselijk, bestel er niet!
Verder zijn de fopspenen erg fijn, maar een tip: bestel deze lekker op een andere website!

I placed an order with BIBS on March 9th, and unfortunately, my experience since then has been quite disappointing.

The tracking information only updated once on March 16th, and since then there have been no further updates or clarity about where my order is or when it will arrive. This lack of transparency has been frustrating, especially for a brand of this level.

I reached out to customer service to get more information. The first time, they simply sent me the same tracking link I already had, without any additional explanation or support. When I contacted them again for further assistance, I did not receive any response at all.

While I believe that BIBS offers high-quality products and has a strong brand image, the customer service and logistics are far below expectations. A brand positioned at this level should place much greater importance on communication and delivery reliability.

Overall, I am disappointed with the post-purchase experience and hope the company takes steps to improve these critical aspects of their service.

Deeply disappointed

I am beyond frustrated with my experience. I placed an order on February 18th for my best friend’s baby shower on March 8th, thinking that three weeks would be more than enough time for delivery.
However, the tracking has been stuck since February 19th at 09:35 local time with the status "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE OR AWAITING PROCESSING."
After reaching out to support on March 1st, I even placed a second order and asked them to prioritize my new order.
To my absolute shock, the second order is now stuck at the exact same step and even the exact same timestamp as the first one.
This shows me that this isn't just a one-time mistake but a structural problem with how orders are handled.

It was honestly humiliating to show up to the baby shower yesterday without a gift. I only started reading other reviews when it was too late and I realize now that I should have never ordered here in the first place. Because I already told my friend what I got her, I am now stuck waiting for a response and a solution for this complete lack of reliability.

Heel blij mee

Het viel mij erg op dat als ik de bibs spenen kocht via via dat ze dan nieuw maar oudere spenen waren. Nu besteld bij bibs en nu echt nieuwe spenen. Het verzenden duurt dan wat langer maar voor mij het wachten zeker waard!!

Levertijden zijn zoals te lezen in andere reviews echt belachelijk lang, klantenservice reageert op hetzelfde tergend langzame tempo en er komt geen zinnig antwoord over mijn bestelling. Enorme afrader..

Bad Customer Service

UPDATED: THEY GOT BACK TO ME AND ISSUED A REFUND, SO I’M CHANGING THE RATING FROM ONE TO THREE, AS IT STILL TOOK THEM QUITE SOME TIME TO RESPOND.
I made a purchase on January 5 and still haven’t received my package. The tracking information hasn’t been updated since January 23. I also tried contacting the company to check the shipping status, but I haven’t received any response.

Ingen ordre og ingen respons

Jeg bestilte d. 30. december og min ordre er endnu ikke sendt endnu... og det er selvom, der står levering 1-3 hverdage!!
Jeg har forsøgt op til flere gange at henvende mig til virksomheden, men de er UMULIGE at komme i kontakt med.
Jeg kan læse, at jeg ikke er den, der for nyligt har haft samme oplevelse. Anbefaler IKKE at købe hos BIBS!

Vous me demandez des nouvelles ? Vous en voulez je suis très en colère j’ai passé une commande de plus de 43 euros donc pas une petite somme que de tétines le 26/12/2025 et on est le 10/01/2026 je n’ai toujours pas ma commande. Ma fille n’a plus de tétines correctes et j’attends j’attends un scandale vu le prix des tétines …

Vare ikke kommet eller afsendt

Har 1 januar bestilt gave til et arrangement, men 10 januar står ordren stadig som bekræftet, dvs ikke afsendt. Pengene er reserveret på kontoen og man kan ikke kontakte dem, har forsøgt både via hjemmesiden og via email. Modtager man mon dem nogensinde? De lover 1-3 dages levering…

Varen er 13 januar fortsat ikke leveret ! Man kan ikke svare deres besvarelse herinde, så det passer ikke, at den er leveret i mellem tiden.

Dårlig leveringstid

Lover levering på 1-3 hverdage.
Bestilte 29/12 2025 - og bevares, det har været juleferie. Men her d. 7/1 2026 har jeg stadig intet hørt. Det vil sige, at pakken ikke engang er sendt endnu. Så gad vide hvornår jeg modtager pakken.

Tétines

Depuis la naissance de ma fille je commande des tétines BIBS d’une part pour leur design et coloris très réussi et d’autre part pour un rapport qualité prix .
Effectivement les délais de livraison sont assez longs mais le suivi est mis à jour .
J’ai du faire récemment appel au service client et après vente pour une demande très particulière et ils ont répondu plus que favorablement à ma demande alors qu’ils n’en étaient vraiment pas obligé .
