I sent a heated blanket back because it had stopped working after about a year. The customer service was great and a new product is being sent to me. Excellent service.
The heat pad that I bought with a small problem was replaced so quickly and am delighted with the product as already have one that I bought 5 years ago.
Beurer bf 700 siger full. Jeg har nu slettet slt data på appen og den skriver stadig “full”. Jeg kan nu kun se min vægt.

Produit luminothérapie TL90 satisfaisant quand il fonctionne, mais SAV brouillon : 2 appareils successifs défectueux, retour à mes frais impossible à se faire rembourser pour "expertise", remplacement effectué sans une explication ou une excuse pour la perte d'usage mais conseils génériques nuancés de reproches (utiliser à poste fixe dans une zone non humide).

Brilliant customer service! I got a reply within half an hour and it was so helpful. Really clear, comprehensive instructions for how to process a return for a Beurer product bought on Amazon. I think this is the fastest and most helpful reply I have ever received from customer service!

Ho acquistato circa 4 anni fa uno scaldasonno UB86XXL matrimoniale non funziona più un interruttore S1-UB14F stamani ho chiamato Beurer a Milano e mi hanno risposto che se avevo lo scontrino me lo avrebbero sostituito in garanzia alla mia richiesta di acquistarlo in sostituzione mi è tanto risposto che non è non è merce di ricambio. È una cosa assurda in quanto lo scaldasonno è funzionante. Non riesco a comprendere la loro politica in questo modo perderanno i clienti. Maurizio Campi

As the title says, don't go through local shopping places. Anything that is wood will eventually break down and crack. Water just wrecks wood over time. I decided to try this out and it is amazing. I mainly bought this for my back, feet and legs. My wife loves this, especially since she has a back disability. it's like any electronic device, you just got to take care of it and it will last.

Regrettably the zip damaged the inner lining of the case.
Contacted customer service.
Carmela replied requesting an Image of the damage.
A few days later I received email from Carmela a very friendly lady
Informing me a replacement will be sent .

I’m very pleased with Beurer’s customer service. After using my TS15 heated blanket for over a year, it stopped warming up. The support team was quick to respond, explained the safety features clearly, and offered to send me a replacement blanket without requiring me to return the faulty one. It’s rare to experience such helpful and generous service. Highly recommended!

I emailed about a heat pad and they sorted it out within few days I didn't expect them to send new 1 out but am greatful as I just wanted to inform them about the cable but they are replacing the whole thing for me thanks again for your help

I contacted Beurer after a Heated Cushion that I had purchased through Amazon a year ago failed. Using their website I messaged them asking if they could help , but I didn’t think I would get much response as I was just 1 small customer and had bought my item through Amazon. I was very wrong! They emailed me back the next day offering help and asking for the purchase details etc, and after replying to them they then gave me details on how to send the cushion to them. After sending it to them 48hrs later they email me back saying they are sending me a replacement! My mum will be over the moon!
The Customer Service Staff have been amazing, and I wish all companies had the same excellent customer service support that Beurer have provided. Thank you again!
