The history function has again failed and i cannot see my readings history. This has only happened since the new app upgrade.

Purchased the OMRON M7 Intelli IT AFib. While the unit and cuff look well made the unit itself refuses to sync with the downloaded app via Bluetooth. Error code keeps appearing. Spent alot of time trying to sync but eventually contacted customer service who were appalling. They were just not interested in resolving the issue and then said that they won't be replying to my emails for two days Needless to say I will be returning the item for a refund. Don't waste your money.

L'application Omron connect est une vraie cata. Je possède un iPhone et à chaque fois que je l'éteins il faut recréer un compte en perdant toutes vos données déjà enregistrées.
L'appareil fonctionne très bien mais si vous l'achetez pour le faire fonctionner avec l'appli .... bon courage !!!

I purchased an Omron complete HEM-7350T-E3 blood pressure monitor, with AliveCor EKG monitor which was very expensive. I dont like the fact that you cannot seem to perform an EKG without the blood pressure cuff needing to be placed on the arm first. You cannot do the echocardiogram separately. This is annoying because if you need to perform an EKG quickly you have to do a blood pressure test at the same time therefore you cannot do the EKG quickly. The phone app that comes from Omron to use for this machine often does not work properly, meaning a restart of the app. Overall I'm disappointed with this expensive Omron machine and app. There is also no socket to plug in an adaptor instead batteries must be used. A built in screen would have been better on the machine considering the cost of the machine and needing to use a mobile phone. This all takes time to set up when you just need an EKG.

Ganz schlechter Kundenservice, es wird behauptet es gibt keine Ersatzteile für Produkte die sogar nochauf deren Homepage beworben werden. Es ging um 4 kleine Gummistopfen auf denen die Waage steht. Man bekommt immer wieder Rückfragen und als Kunde gewinnt man den Eindruck, dass man nur nach Möglichkeiten einer Ablehung sucht, was dann tatsächlich auch passiert ist. Ich soll eine neue Waage kaufen, obwohl die noch in Ordnung ist. Unglaublich. Ich habe noch nie so einen schlechten Kundenservice erlegt. Ich werde keine Produkte mehr von OMRON kaufen, da gibt es andere kundenorientierte Unternehmen.

Bought it 2 weeks ago thru Argos, states now its got flat battery and switches off..inserted new batteries and still shows same, flat battery and switches off, have ordered a dc 6volt charger praps that maybe better?..have sent email to Omron but no reply...looking at other peoples comments here on TP feel I make a mistake buying it?

Ik heb al 3 jaar de Omron , was altijd erg tevreden.
Maar nu niet meer waaarschijnlikl omdat ik niet voor een account tegen betaling heb gekozen heeft men mijn alles gewist
Wat erg belangrijk voor mij was en heb ik mij opnieuw moeten aanmelden zonder mijn historie terug te krijgen

Poor customer support having purchased new blood pressure monitor .
Supplied cuff way too small unless you are a child or petite woman.
Contacted to enquire about size of cuff and merely sent a link to Amazon website telling me to buy one !
Note Nothing on box to state only a small cuff supplied with monitor .
Unless you need this for a child it’s not much use

Blood pressure Monitor did not work. This is a definitely do not buy. The customer support response, which looked like it was written by AI, blamed their product not working on the FDA. It gave no advice on how to operate it. Even returning to Amazon was a chore since it had to go to a special return location rather than the normal Amazon return location.

om11 in 1 gibt es nicht! Bin leider auch reingefallen und um 100€ nur billigen Oxymeter

I am in Ireland and have the Omron Complete ECG and Blood Pressure device and the Omron VIVA scales. They combine very well to give me a very comprehensive and reliable picture of my overall health when I attend my cardiologist, who always asks to see the ECG and blood pressure readings from the Omron Connect app.
My cardiologist has suggested that I should email him my ECG data directly from my Omron Connect app if I have any concerns, so he can decide if he should see me.
I did experience some difficulties registering some readings from my Omron Complete device to my Omron Connect app after a recent update of the Omron app.
I contacted the Omron Support Team, who assisted me to resolve the issue. It did take an exchange of several emails, but they stayed in touch throughout and now everything is working perfectly again. Thanks to all at Omron Support.
My Omron Complete, Omron Viva and Omron Connect app combine to give me great reassurance and I appreciate that very much.
A word of caution however - The Omron Complete device should be regarded as a very good first line indicator for home use, not a definitive one. The Omron Complete will also not detect heart attacks and should never prevent or delay you attending hospital if your symptoms merit a hospital visit.

Ze willen dat ik na een jaar ga betalen voor een paar functies die ik al had gekocht en voor een hele hoop shit die ik niet hoef

Uiteindelijk kan ik alleen bloeddruk meten. Voor ook ecg zou ik 10 euro per maand moeten betalen.
Als ik dat had geweten had ik een simpeler model gekocht.

I bought two units of OMRON HEM-7383T1 Blood Pressure Monitors on 5 March 2026.
I called OMRON Service Centre for assistance and got to speak to Ms Angel Tan.
She politely and patiently guided me throughout the registration process and referred me to contact Grace Healthcare @ Tampines St.81 for further assistance whenever needed.
I am very pleased with Ms Angel Tan’s help.

Omron m10-IT blood pressure monitor
From new can't finish every second reading just shows some random errors.
Taking two readings takes four to five attempts. It works randomly, as I sit in the same position, not adjusting the cuff and sometimes it works and other times it's not.
Binned. Not going to buy any omron devices in the future.

Die App ist teuer. Aber ausreichend Hilfe fehlt. Ich habe mein Jahresabo nach einem halben Jahr gekündigt . Um das Gerät nun auch nicht zu entsorgen schreibe ich alles wieder handschriftlich auf.

Leider bin ich auch auf dieses Angebot mit dem Blutzuckermessgerät reingefallen. Augenscheinlich wurde hier sogar der Firmenname gefälscht, Omron Healthcare bietet so ein Gerät nicht. Habe auch so wie meine Vorschreiber einen billigen Oxymeter den es bei Amaz... um 13,90 gibt um €70.-- gekauft. Finger weg absoluter Betrug, werde jetzt noch versuchen mit dem Unternehmen Kontakt aufzunehmen.

Der Support kann bei APP-Problemen (OMRON-Connect) nicht wirklich helfen ! Man schreibt und schreibt, es wird zwar "verzögert" geantwortet, aber passieren tut nichts ! Der Kunde wartet vergeblich auf die Lösung des Problems.

Geliefert wurde um diesen Preis nur ein billiges Oximeter mit absolut minderer Qualität! Solcher Schrott ist keine € 1,-- Wert ! Das Gerät ist defekt Kontaktaufnahmen per Mail wurden nicht beantwortet.
Einloggen ist auch nicht möglich Es handelt sich um ein FAKEANGEBOT ! Muss sagen hat diese Firma es Notwendig so was zu liefern. Es war 23.02.2026
