Omron BP7000 unreliable product
I did not get warranty support from OMRON, and I would not trust this company. First this product BP7000 failed within 1.5 years, while it has a warranty of 5 years, thats sad and speaks about poor quality. I changed battery and then it refused to repair and keeps asking to pair it. Even after pairing, will again ask to repair. They do not provide any support, but ask you to send it for inspection, and then asks us to PAY for the shipping. I paid for a working product which should last 5 years, now if the item fails, then its on OMRON to fix it without charging any fees within warranty.
They conveniently and wrongly adds shipping to be paid by us. WHY? We already paid for a working product which needs to work for 5 years. Thus, if it cannot work, and fails just after 1 year, then its NOT reliable. Hence, I do not recommend to buy this or any OMRON product.
Compared 3 BP devices
I have three blood pressure devices one of them omron m3 which gives higher reading than the other two about 10-15 higher. The best device was from Riester- ri Champion. Then suprisingly this Chinese one called liteRAPID WHICH GIVES same reading as Riester.

Do not buy any OMRON blood pressure monitors…
Do not buy and blood pressure monitors from this deceitful company with inaccurate reading and lousy customer service. I sent my top of the line BP monitor back to OMRON. It was calibrated against my doctors unit. It read 20 points high diastolic and 10 high systolic. So they “had there technicians” evaluate my unit. Somehow they found the ridiculous and unreliable readings to be “within their acceptable tolerance” and send it back to me. What bullshit. So I get to throw it away myself. What a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY

Omron software updates now only operate on Android 9 or above. No provision for older Android operating systems or opportunity to download older software versions to allow continued use of Omron product. Contacted customer service to no avail.
Omron BP Machine
My Omron BP machine has been giving crazy readings that don't match at all with what my doctor gets. I contacted them and they want me to pay to send it back to them so they can test it and send it back to me. IT"S THEIR POLICY!!!! Screw the policy! How about some customer service? They are rated the best?????? Really??????? Would not buy this product if it was the last one available.

DON'T BUY! I'd used another Omron BP monitor for years and was very happy with it. When it died of old age I replaced it with this model which lasted 9 months before it started giving wildly varying readings. My BP has always been stable around 130 — suddenly I was getting readings of 170+ and 20 minutes later 128. Concerned there was something adverse happening to me I saw my GP who ran multiple checks and found that I was in the 130-135 range. Using the Omron in his office produced a reading of 150+. I contacted Omron who wouldn't acknowledge that there was an issue with the machine and constantly inferred that I was doing something wrong despite the results in the doctor's office. Their solution: ship it back to them at my expense, wait several weeks after they received it for them to decide if there was a problem, meanwhile I'd be without a BP machine for at least the better part of a month. I bought a different brand and will scrap the Omron and never buy another of their products.

I thought it was good company backs its product but unfortunately it fails, and I have to mail and pay for fixing and shipping which doesn’t make sense at all I rather take it back to where I bought it.
I love the Omron X4 Blood Pressure Monitor
I have just received my X4 BP monitor.
I am 75 but within 10 minutes or so I have unpacked it taken some trial readings, linked to my smartphone and sent myself a really nifty looking PDF report - later to be shown to the doctor!
So taken with this new toy am I that I wanted to review it - as I am doing now.
But perhaps I should have read the other reviews first!!!
So sorry to hear about the many disappointments.
All I can say is I am very impressed by the X4.
I was able to follow the instructions, the machine is very easy to use, the screen is a joy and the reports are excellent.
I can see I will have to beware of any chats with customer support but for now I would recommend the product wholeheartedly.
I will update this review if need be!!!
Bin sehr enttäuscht
Ich habe das Omron X3 comfort und mittlerweile die 3. Blutdruckmanschette. Pünktlich nach 1 Jahr weist die Manschette irgendwelche Fehler auf. Das erste Mal hat sie nicht mehr aufgepumpt, also neue Manschette gekauft, (Hab ganz vergessen, dass es evtl. Garantie sein könnte), weil ich das Gerät ja dringend brauchte. Das 2. Mal wird jetzt andauernd angezeigt: "Manschette nicht richtig angelegt". Dieses mal habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert, erst hieß es, das kann ja auch das Gerät sein, und dann war plötzlich die Garantie vorbei.... 1 Jahr und 3 Wochen. Ich war der Meinung, Garantie ist zwei Jahre. Aber es ging auch nichts auf Kulanz. Mittlerweile kostet so eine Manschette über 30,00 Euro. Das wird ein teurer Spaß...
Wenigstens habe ich noch ein Unterarm - Ersatzgerät, auch von der Fa. Omron. Aber das spielt keine Rolle. Die Geräte an sich sind gut, aber der Kundenfreundlichkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Solange das Geschäft läuft, ist es ok...gibt genug enttäuschte Kunden von dieser Firma.

BEWARE Horrible support. Round and round we go. Told me 30 days to migrate my account when all I needed was my email updated. Very poor company technically, and no option to escalate which means they are either arrogant or just don't care.

Omron connect is a terrible piece of software. It regularly just decides it can not connect to paired devices. It's time syncing when traveling international means you end up getting multiple alerts to take your medication. The devices themselves seem to work ok, but poor software let's the whole experience down. Eventually I chose new devices and a new app from a supplier who was capable of actually writing and testing medical device software.
Dont Purchare the BP / EKG
The BP device is not accurate compared to two other devices my MD had. The EKG component never worked, and customer support gave up quickly and blamed me for not understanding how to integrate the data on the web. Don't waste your money like I did.

Received and only today used their nebuliser. The nurse set it up for me to ensure it was done properly. Next to useless. Waste of money, time and effort. At one attempt it wouldn't even turn on. Hardly mists.
Also the Amazon driver simply left it on the doorstep on a very busy street. A relative ordered from Amazon because I was told it was best to buy from them. Well that's wrong.
I can see it's going to have to be returned.

Ich habe vor weniger als 2 Jahren eine Waage für 70€ von OMRON über Otto bestellt. Jetzt ist sie kaputt gegangen. Ich schrieb Otto an, da ich vom gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrecht Gebrauch machen möchte. Die verwiesen mich an OMRON. Die mich dann wiederum wieder an Otto verwiesen. Otto verwies mich wieder zurück. Keiner meint zuständig zu sein. Hier wird definitiv gegen deutsches Recht verstoßen. Das ist unter aller Kanone! Ich werde einen Anwalt einschalten. Ich empfehle niemanden diese Marke.
