I don’t fully understand all the negative reviews 🤔 For me, I’m fond of the technical support. They swiftly took care of a cheating player (since I haven’t seen them since then), and when it came to an unlocking glitch for a Battlemode reward (Slayer suit skin), they literally took barely a full 24 hours to fix the issue. That’s even including the trouble-shooting and them sending it up the chain for special help too.

So far it has taken more than a week and 3+ people to answer the simplest of questions.

Bethesda desperately needs a better support team.

Highly recommend, if you're a masochist and take joy in being jerked around by a whole team of incompetent people.

i tried to change my username but the security question didn't work even when I reseted it and put in the exact same answer. then it couldn't enable mfa security

Der Support ist gänzlich unfähig die eigenen Tickets entsprechend einer klaren Richtlinie abzuarbeiten.
Ich hatte im Vorfeld nun schon so einiges mit dem Bethesda Support erlebt aber aktuell sprengt es sämtliche Grenzen des ertragbaren.

Seit 3 Monaten wird mein Ticket nun schon bearbeitet und immer wieder kommt irgend ein "nix Könner" möchte gern Admin daher, ließt nicht das Ticket und vollzieht einfach irgend einen Blödsinn und wirft die voran gegangene Arbeit in den Müll...

Sachlage:
Bethesda hat meinen Account verkackt und nun habe ich einen Bethesda Account den ich in keiner Weise mehr nutzen kann und diverse Spiele hält. Weil die Koppelung zu meiner Mail Adresse, bei denen, im Äther verschwunden ist. Die geballte Inkompetenz, welche dort im Support !!!teils!!! geboten wird. Ist einfach nur noch lächerlich und einem Konzern wie Bethesda unwürdig.

Great games, terrible customer service. I had an issue with a Game over a year ago and submitted several tickets and it was never even attempted to fix. Im having a game crashing issue and have submitted a ticket a day for c the past 2x weeks and no response. This is a terrible company

Hallo Bethesda. Ich habe meine sehr gute Erfahrung mit The Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion gemacht 👍.
Das Spiel hat und tut mich bis heute noch bewundern😁.
Mein eigentliches Anliegen ist nähmlich, ob ihr das Spiel oder generell alle vorherigen Titel der The Elder Scrolls Reihe für neuere Konsolen (PS4, XBOX, PS5 etc.) Erstellen könntet😁👍. Ich weiß das es in The Elder Scrolls Online bereits diese Spielweise gibt, aber könntet ihr das Spiel an sich in einer neueren Version veröffentlichen? Danke😊

Mein Fallout 76 Account wurde ohne wirklichen Grund gebannt und abgesehen davon, dass das Spiel generell sehr verbuggt ist schreibt mir der Support nicht zurück weil ich die Verknüpfung zu meinem Steam Account nicht mehr trennen kann. Ich hab mir das Spiel nochmal auf einem anderen Steam Account gekauft. Frechheit.

Account gesperrt ohne ein einzigen beweis. Support schließt alle tickets und das first abo läuft monatlich weiter.

Noch nie einen dreckigeren Konzern wie bethesda gesehen.
Die Mitarbeiter alle hochgradig inkompetent ganz zu schweigen von deren zenimax Algorithmus.
Nie wieder kaufe ich ein Spiel von Bugthesda.
Lasst am besten die Finger davon.

Dishonored complete edition . 1 game on disc 2 games on code . Code dont work they are for other country . After weeks of mailing back and forth nothing comes out and i should message playstation store . While i bought it at a retail shop . They gave almost a whole country a wrong batch of codes and they dont do anything about it . Pathetic company .

Servizio clienti inesistente, non pervenuto. Non mi è stato il alcun modo possibile passare i giochi dal loro launcher a Steam, dando continuamente errore. Scritta mail all'assistenza senza mai essere risposto. Il risultato è che adesso i giochi sono andati persi.

C'est la goutte d'eau ! Je suis fidèle admirateur depuis Daggerfall jusqu'à Skyrim , mais c'est fini ! A force de reporter leurs jeux, Bethesda sont devenus des vendeurs de rêves bouffis d'orgueil, qui font mousser à l'extrême l'attente des joueurs, mais cela prend une tournure plus que méprisante vu l'étirement dans le temps, ce sont de nouveaux tortionnaires ! Le concept de respect des joueurs leur est devenu complètement étranger du haut de leur tour d'ivoire ! Incapable de gérer les moyens qu'ils mettent dans un projet ! Incroyables reports qui n'en finissent pas, je n'ose imaginer le report de Eldre Scroll 6 à ce train-là ! Aucun jeu même sublime ne mérite cette torture ! Ces reports infinis sont d'une violence extrême ! Je vais finir par boycotter complètement leurs produits ! Déception finale !

Kundenservice ist unterirdisch.
Benutzt Wörter die man wahrscheinlich aus dem Googleübersetzer kriegt.
Keine klare Formulierung, was vom Kunden gebraucht wird.
Brauchen alles doppelt und dreifach
Unnötige Zeitverschwendung.

What kind of a useless game crashes before you even get in to the menu, that would be bethesda's worthless games im done with that crap.

I can never really be bothered to review things, but the bethesda launcher is the most frustrating thing ive ever had to use, it doesnt let me even log in most of the time and when it does the games wont work and their website is beyond broken, sending you in circles that lead to broken pages or just their homepage, its a joke. Ive been waiting years to hopefully these bugs fixed but im done now
