Service client incompétent. Je ne peux plus me connecter à mon compte malgré que j'utilise le bon identifiant et le bon mot de passe. J'ai eu beau réinitialiser 3 fois le mot de passe pour en créer un nouveau rien n'y fait et leur seul réponse c'est un lien qui m'envoie à la page ou je dois modifier le mot de passe. Et vu qu'il n'y a pas moyen de les avoir en chat ou autre, que le seul moyen de suivre le ticket qu'on a fait c'est d'être connecter, bah vu que je peux pas me connecter j'aurais jamais de réponse claire (le lien qu'on m'a donné c'est via Twitter car je les ai contacter sur Twitter également mais eux renvoient systématiquement sur le site de bethesda) Bravo bethesda, je vais même pas pouvoir transférer mes jeux sur stream......

I won’t purchase a game from Bethesda until they get rid of having to have the special little account to play there games. Nobody needs nor wants another account to keep up with. We already have online accounts. We can play games from any other publications without this. Just got doom eternal and just deleted it without even playing for this reason. Thankfully I got in on game pass. But I’ll never try another game from this while it’s like this.

I honestly was a big fan since back in the 90s. But the last 10 years is a downward spiral and it keeps getting worse. Fallout series was cool up until they dropped 76. Skyrim, I don't know what to think of this any other than milking a broken cow that's never been fixed and gets repurposed for every generation again with the same old problems. And now I'm playing Rage 2, a three year old game that's been sitting in it's mint package because I had so much other games to play first, and I don't know what to say anything other than it makes me want to rage. Bugs and Glitches that been reported since day one and haven't been patched three years later, sometimes rendering the progression of the game broken and you have to restart all over again because there's no workaround for them.
This company is bloated with a belly full of lies and dumps on their fan base pretty much.

Skyrim Anniversary edition does not have over 500 prices of new content on creation club.They only give you only six mods.You do not get the wild horses content,you do not get alternate armor.You just get the fishing,the dwarven mudcrab,horse armors, survival mode,and the theives guild grey fox quest. That's it,Sick and tired of Bethesda lying to their customers about it.They lied on most of it!

They have sent police to my home 3 times and discriminated against me because i'm mentally handicap my two accounts on eso was banned after 7 years and over 25 thousand hours in played time and 100s of dollars spent they don't care about their players they just want your money and don't care about your experience or how they treat you their currently under investigation by the Maryland commission of civil rights for discrimination against ppl with mental handicaps avoid this company pls if possible instead of trying to talk with me about my accounts they just block you from their twitter support over and over they close out your tickets with no response given then threaten harassment charges if you try to get someone to speak to you

Honestly I don't get why they are getting so much hate.

Bugthesda ist wohl einer der schlimmsten Spielemacher überhaupt. Keines deren Spiele hat weniger als 100 Bugs. Ich war in der Beta von Fallout 76 dabei und half denen ihr Spiel am Laufen zu halten. Es wurde versprochen, dass keine Pay2Win Mechaniken im Spiel erscheinen werden was gelogen war. Man bekam eine Lagekiste die lächerliche 200 KG lagern konnte und das bei einem game wo man absolut alles looten kann. Das Gewicht ist angestiegen aber leider nur auf 800 KG. Die Spieler haben exploits benutzt um das Lagerproblem zu umgehen und was haben sie gemacht? Den exploit gefixt und einen Abo herausgebracht mit einem Lager der unendlich Schrott aufbewaren kann obwohl sie der Meinung waren, dass die Spieler die diesen Exploit genutzt haben, die Server kaputt machen aber selbst dann diese Idee mit dem unendlichen Storage raus hauen der natürlich erst monatlich bezahlt werden muss. War wohl das letzte game das ich bei denen gekauft habe. Die lassen die games unfertig raus und verlangen immer den vollen Preis. Nicht zu vergessen die Achievements Blockade wenn man Mods benutzen möchte aber brav natürlich bezahlte Mods verkaufen wo diese Blockade nicht aktiv ist. Bethesda ist einfach nur das Letzte

Ein Stern ist leider zu viel. Schlechtes Studio und der Support ist unterirdisch. Unspielbare Spiele werden verkauft und die Kunden alleine gelassen.
Den Laden sollte man mal richtig verklagen diesen unfähigen schweinehaufen

Always some game killing g glitch!. Ya spend 20.00 dollars on an update, and well All you saved games are corrupted. Way to go bethesda!

Absolute crap of a company they lie to customers and their games suck. Terrible game play with tons of lag and unstable servers. Not only do things in game not work but they break more than they fix. They broke fallout with their stupid 76 that games horrible between dupes and glitches they games unstable servers it not worth playing. Then you have the crap show that is eso which is just as bad. Which this one has a lot of toxic players you put others down for being new. Next the elitists which do the same thing as well as trying to make others play there way. Not even worth a star.

I recently bought Fallout 76 and after installing the Bethesda.net Launcher and downloading the game, I wanted to play it. Unfortunately I got no luck, simply nothing happens when hitting the "Play" button. After doing some Google research I found that this is a very common issue with Fallout 76 (i.e. a bug in the game) and none of the workarounds available worked.

So I contacted Bethesda support. After a whole lot of tickets and a whole lot of "send us this debug info", "disable these Windows services" and "create a new Windows user", etc., nothing worked out. After they got to the end of their more-or-less pointless list of solutions they refused to get me any further help. They even sent me to Reddit and Microsoft community support (why Microsoft?).

Even though I like Bethesda games this was definitly the last time I bought a game from Bethesda. Very sad.

Fallout New vegas auf Konsole nicht spielbar trotzdem zum voll Preis verkauft.
Fallout 4 dauerhafte abstürze mit und ohne mods.
Skyrim buggy ständig irgendwelche bugs die den storyfortschritt behindern.
Eso die Spielhäuser kosten bis zu 90€
Damit teurer als das Spiel samt dlc's.

Man investiert viel Zeit in Fallout 76. Dann verliert man lang erfarmte Gegenstände durch Bugs, der Support fühlt sich nicht zu ständig und nach mehreren nachfragen, bekommt man keine Antwort mehr. Also Top Spiel macht Spaß, doch will es nicht mehr spielen, da man wie gesagt Zeit für WIRKLICH NICHTS investiert, da man durch Bugs viel verliert. Ob Legendäre Gegenstände oder Kronkorken. Naja, schlechter Support.

Your company is trash. You have no respect for anyone. Bethesda Zenimax or Microsoft whatever you want to call yourselves. You let hackers destroy the game and dont do a damn thing about it but when someone tries to report you have no legitimate business contact information to contact you. So your fake and will be sued on several accounts. You will be held responsible for your actions whether in the United States or another country. You have manipulated the rules of this country and you have disgraced this country far too long.

Worst tech support ever. Bought ESO for PC. Can't link my steam account because of an issue on ESO back end, so now I have a 60 dollar game I can't play.

While i do or did Enjoy skyrim, fallout 3, 4 and right now 76, the reason i score them so low is, due the never fixed bugs that plague their games. Making it hard to Enjoy the games fully.

I would say, stay away from their games, until they make them decently bug free.

Will not rush to buy any games they put out, until at Least 1 year or more later and then only if on a sale.
