Bestellter Artikel sollte laut der webseite innerhalb von drei Tagen versendet werden, mittlerweile ist es schon zwei Wochen her und noch immer keinerlei Updates zu meiner Bestellung. Der Kundenservice wurde auch schon angeschrieben doch mit der Aussage: "die Bestellung wird bald unser Lager verlassen" kann man auch nicht wirklich sagen ob es nun in ein paar Tagen so weit ist oder in ein paar Wochen. Super Kundenservice👍 Macht so weiter und ihr könnt den Saftladen dicht machen

I have bought the New Vegas Anniversary edition, it never arrived, the support ghosts me per email and their support page is a 404. They just stole my money lol

Just got the desert ranger helmet from Bethesda store and its big enough to fit entire basketball inside of it and still have room it looks idiotic I will never buy anything from Bethesda store again

purchased several things including the Lucy Figure pre-order LAST July. They never sent a single thing. I was paid back like 33€ but they LIED in a mail saying they already paid back for the Lucy Figure when they NEVER did & still owe me 71€. never again. horrible company.

I recently purchased the Doom Collector’s Edition, expecting an early access key as advertised. With the game’s release tomorrow, I still haven’t received either the package nor the key, and Bethesda’s customer support has been utterly unresponsive. I provided my order ID in the initial message, yet the only response I got was a generic request for the same order ID, followed by complete silence. This lack of communication and failure to deliver on promised features is unacceptable for a company of Bethesda’s stature. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience.

They don't tell you about the import tax payable to UPS on delivery! We paid £71 on a £200 purchase. I will never use Bethasda again, works out really expensive. Cheaper purchasing from the UK.

Ich habe 2 T Shirts von Elder Scrolls bestellt, beide 3XL - eins wie erwartet (33"), das andere VIEL ZU KLEIN mit den Abmessungen was beim erstgenanntem S laut Größentabelle ist, nämlich 28" - Kindergrößen, Damengrößen? Keine Ahnung, kein Hinweis.

8,40 € Versand für ein Päckchen war. Und auch wenn das noch so schlecht gekennzeichnet ist - Rückversand muss man selbst bezahlen. Dieser Laden ist trotz des Namens nicht seriös - kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Purchased a pipboy in August 2024. Arrived middle of February but I was given an extra import bill by ups for £69.12 (3rd of march)
I was told by customer services at DPI Merchandising GmbH that "Unfortunately, this problem is due to Brexit!
Of course, you are not stuck with the costs.
If you have paid the amount, please send us the payment confirmation and we will refund you."
After sending the invoice that I had paid I was then told that they had changed their policy at the end of February and no longer will receive a refund. Very disappointed.

Good selection of items at an....ok price, however they will removed items from your cart if someone checks out faster than you and wom't tell you about delivery tax charges until 2 days before you're supposed to recieve your parcel.
Lastly when you do send them an email through the 'contact us' link your email gets rejected as their system thinks it's spam

I bought a pipboy in june 2024, and it wasnt sent until February 2025. It took 9 months for my pipboy to be shipped. Once it was finally shipped, they used UPS and didn't pay shipping. My pipboy was held ransom by UPS until I paid a bill of £60.75. In total, I've paid nearly £300 for an item that would have only cost me £200 if I bought it from America.
Moral of the story, by directly from Bethesda and not from Bethesda International.

Placed an order and 4 weeks later I still hadn't received any confirmation or dispatch email. I contacted Bethesda through their website but heard nothing, so went through social media messaging but still nothing. After then seeing reviews on trust pilot for all their sites I contacted my bank who returned my money. Only then did Bethesda make contact to tell me they cancelled my order.

Ordered in April and was told item would be shipped on 11th December. Still not received on 2nd January 2025 and have chased twice more without a reply. Never again.

I ordered two things in one package in the middle of November, hoping it would be a Christmas present.

It is now Christmas eve and I just got the E-mail to notify me that my parcel is now READY to be shipped.
Not shipped yet, just ready to go.

WHAT have you been doing a whole damn month then?!

Fantastic company.

Preordered the Pip Boy for our son which arrived , as promised, many months later.

However, I was shockingly landed with a £62 UPS customs charge.

I emailed Bethesda who apologised and explained this was due to Brexit. They refunded me in full and I received the refund in a few days!

I've ordered a few times from Bethesda and each time, the service has been great. The products have arrived in the time frame and have been really well packaged.

Perfect customer service always 👌

The negative review above is kind of mean.

It stated on the preorder that it would take to Nov/Dec for the Pip Boy to be shipped (IT'S A PRE ORDER!). Yes, payment is taken at the time of preorder! Thats standard, its a preorder!

Also, Bethesda didn't mention a customs charge because they very likely did not expect one. It happens and has happened to me a few times (other companies, plus Bethesda on this occasion).

Bethesda will kindly refund you if you just calm down and politely email them 😉

Ich bin schon seit mehreren Jahren Kunde und habe einige erfolgreiche Bestellungen getätigt.
Leider habe ich mich letztes Jahr hinreisen lassen einen Artikel vorzubestellen der mittlerweile erschienen sein soll, ich habe gezahlt und keine Ware erhalten. Es handelt sich um einen recht hohen Betrag und jetzt werde ich vom Kundendienst vertröstet.

Ich bin großer Fan von Bethesda und deren spielen und dementsprechend auch von dessen Merchandising und Sammlereditionen, das Angebot ist toll aber leider ist das alles nichts wert wenn sie nur mein Geld nehmen und ich keine Ware erhalte.

Ich bin ebenfalls sauer weil mir auf der Seite ein Produkt als lieferbar angezeigt wird, wenn ich dieses bestellen will scheitert es aber daran dann ich es nicht an meine Adresse in Deutschland liefern lassen kann. Einfach nur nervig!

I consider my experience pretty good tbh. I bought a Nuka Cola bottle with caps and everything arrived one month later the shopping. Shipping was pretty good except some parts of the box that were in a "bad shape" but the rest was excellent.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with an online store hands down! I ordered a hifi rush 808 for my daughter to go to an anime convention. I placed the order on 2/18. Before ordering I reached out to CS and they told me if I wanted faster, I could use the express shipping. It takes no longer than 3 days! Oh wow great! Paid $28 for shipping for less than 1 pound item and waiting for my tracking and nothing. They happen to be closed on Presidents’ Day when most retailers are not! Ok so ship it the following day? Nope, the next day, nope the next day, nope not for 4 days did they ship it
They said they have 2-3 day processing time when I was told to use express and I wouldn’t have to worry about that. Lies! Emailed them and asked them to please process my order I paid for express. Nope
They’ll process it, in whatever order they got it🫤 what happened to express? They don’t tell you whether you pay express or not. You’ll essentially get it in a very close time to the standard or economy shipping, because of their processing time.
So a comparison. I ordered a Monster hunter state over a pound from Plaza Japan the same exact day, an hour apart.
I paid $43 shipping. Plaza Japan store is over 7,000 miles away, Bethesda store about 2,000 miles away. I received my Plaza Japan order 4 days later from the time I clicked buy and paid.
Bethesda, well it’s still sitting in processing although they printed the label a day ago. The tracking gives me the location of the item and it’s still at Bethesda warehouse waiting to be picked up, because after they printed the label, they never shipped it on a Friday. So now it’s Saturday and it will sit in the warehouse until Monday or maybe Tuesday or Wednesday I guess
When ever the snail paced employees get around to putting it in the pickup bin for the shipping company to pickup and scan.
3 emails later. I get a vague answer. Well we process our stuff as it comes in and you’ll just have to wait for it to be picked up now🤬 same answer 3 times. They write like robots. It’s a generic answer without an apology or maybe a coupon for free shipping or 10% off my next order. Nope!
It’s as if they could care less about their customers and if you order an item and pay express. It should absolutely be prioritized to get it out quicker or the high shipping price is totally pointless and a scam! I can’t wait to get my item and see if the postage price is printed on the label or if I feel like taking it to the shipper before opening and giving the zip codes and type of shipping and see what it would cost me. I don’t believe they pay $28 and then get it to me several days later.
Now I’ll never buy a big order or anything from them ever again. I will buy anything or everything I want through Plaza Japan since their customer service is gold star and they are apologetic and polite when they email you. They also can tell you exactly when they’ll process and ship the items and give you a day it’ll most likely be at my front door and they’re always accurate or it’s always a day earlier. As a matter of fact. I ordered a $1000 order form Plaza Japan 2 weeks before Christmas never expecting it would make it in time, but it showed up 5 days later, in time for Christmas and the tracking was exactly on point at every move.
So why can’t Bethesda do this. Idk maybe they don’t care for their customers which in return causes a company to collapse, especially with a person like me that actually orders a lot of stuff for my 2 daughters that only want Anime and video games related items and I’m always ordering from about 5 different places all
The time. Bethesda will no longer be my place to go and I will not miss them at all. It was the attitude and carelessness of their business etiquette.

I placed an order on 24 November for some Christmas presents. It should have been plenty of time. Despite having confirmation and the money taken immediately. Of the five items none have been dispatched as of 16th December.
Numerous emails are all rejected by their server and messages on facebook just get automated responses. Bethesda took my money and just ignored me.
I've bought many items from Bethesda over the years, but this order will be my last.
