Shouldn't have switched to Xbox. Never buying a Bethesda games again until you come back to PSN. Thanks for ruining my hopes for Elder Scrolls 6 and any new Fallout Game

Worst fame studio ever. Fallout 76 has been out for years and still crashing multiple times an hour on PS5. Absolutely no quality control at all…

Per Mail habe ich auch ein Frage gestellt und die nächste Tag habe ich auch ein Antwort bekommen.

So they make a game that works for years, only to break it and instead of fixing break another game. Just amazing they deserve to be liquidated.

Customer support is nonexistent. If you can manage not to get kicked from the game every 30 minutes, they make you grind an entire season for an OP weapon, just to nerf it into the ground. Retiring my cremator now. Thanks for nothing Bethesda

This is one of the best game studios of all time. You do not understand their processes to even complain. Guys they made Skyrim, remember that. Bethesda is a company you do not joke about. These guys know how to make videogames

I started playing Fallout Shelter and made in-game purchases. After several hours of playing and several in-game purchases the game crashed. Upon restarting the game my vault was missing from the game. In essence all my purchases and game time was gone. What I was upset about was the purchases I made for that created vault. All the money was gone. Just tossed out the window. On July 11, 2024 I contacted Bethesda support a couple times to get answers and upon learning my created vault was not recoverable I requested a refund for my in-game purchases. A response came on July 12, 2024 on how to request a refund. I sent the requested info and asked for a refund be added to my steam wallet. On July 13, 2024 I received a response stating the following, "Thank you for contacting Bethesda Customer Support, my name is Jesse. I am escalating your ticket to a specialized team to ensure you receive the best possible resolution of your issue. Thank you for your patience while they review your request, they should be reaching out to you shortly." To me, "shortly" means 4-5 days. Now it is July 26, 2024 and I have heard nothing from the BETHESDA support team. After about 3 days of not hearing from them I have sent around 4-5 "checking update" emails. Still no response. I will update this as to the final outcome positive or negative.
AUG 6,2024 I received a response from a Bethesda rep. They said sorry for the confusion but we are unable to give you a refund. You must contact Steam for the refund. They did however make me whole again by restoring all my purchases to the game for a newly created vault. I am satisfied with this outcome. I just wanted to play the game and not lose what was already purchased. They told me I would have been contacted sooner but they were inundated with trouble tickets. 4 stars for the resolution of my issue but 3 stars for the lack of communication and the confusion about the refund.

We were charged twice for atoms on fallout 76 (Xbox) but only got one set of atoms. Contacted Bethesda and what an absolute joke. They never read the facts and by their third response tell us it’s not their issue, then after back and forth with emails come back with some rubbish about our mistake and wrong accounts- just utter nonsense clearly to avoid the fact they have our £7.99 and we have no goods - dreadful experience and they clearly do it deliberately

Ich Frage mich wieso sich die meisten Spiele-Entwickler selbst abschaffen. Ab einem gewissen Zeitpunkt siegt wohl immer die Gier nach dem Geld, damit zerstört Ihr dieses Unternehmen und eure Fans wenden sich von euch ab. Für die Führung ist es wohl wichtiger die Stiefel der Aktionäre zu lecken und regelmäßig das Gesäß hinzuhalten

Ich habe kein zugriff mehr auf mein account, ich habe den Support von bethesda angeschrieben. Die haben von mir Infos vom account verlangt was man nur weiß wenn man zugriff auf dem Account hat. Ich habe alles mitgeteilt was ingame betrifft, ich habe Paypal zahlungen geschickt in dem standen infos wie Rechnungsnummer Order nummer, aber die sehen sie das nicht, sie haben transaktionen verlangt direkt vom homepage von bethesda, was man nur sieht wenn man zugriff auf der account hat...... also account weg, alle meine hunderte von euro abos weg..... danke für nichts Bugthesda.... sehr schlechtes Verein.....

Horrible it kicked me out of my account and wouldn't let me back in and when I tried the I forgot my password it didn't work at all and it sent the username thing super quick and no it's not an issue on my part Bethesda fix your account verification system it's buggy as hell horrible experience just horrible

Lange vor dem Hype schon Fan von Fallout gewesen. Eure Politik ist eine Katastrophe geworden. Sehr schade muss ich sagen. Macht gute Spiele und steckt euch dann die Taschen voll, alles gut. Aber dieses Marketing gequatsche zerstört Geschichte.

Consistently refuse to listen to their player base, and insist on releasing buggy 'updates' that break the game and destroy mods that actually fix their broken buggy garbage. Waste of time company that is becoming the antithesis of what they started out to be.

Trying to get customer support from this company is pointless. For a multi million dollar company you would think they would do better. What a waste of time

The worst support in the business. I got in contact with them to remove my ps4 account so i can add my ps5. You cant do it yourself so you need help from them. They did not reply at all in over 5 days by now.

Been waiting a week for customer support to answer me. I’m livid as I can’t play the damn game I bought. This is going on Microsoft’s trustpilot too. Hopefully they can restructure them, as you know, they own them after all.

Customer support is awful, their account creation linked the wrong x box account to their game, raised a ticket... on the 4th got a cut and paste email back, and replied the same day specifically accepting that unlinking had consequences and confirming thats what i wanted then.... Nothing just sat at waiting for agent until the 12th, when i get an update warning me of the consequences of unlinking and asking me to confirm aagh, which i did, and its now the 15th yet still no reply or resolution. If your game/account all works fine then you'll enjoy the product, if not then be prepared for a horrible experience.
