Before Bethesda brings another game out they need to all there other games that includes the creations kits too they not compatible.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Bethesda! I pre-ordered Doom The Dark Ages collector's bundle to the UK and when it came time to deliver, UPS notified me that I owe additional import charges that were NOWHERE specified at the time of purchase. After I sent email to Bethesda support about it, they just ignored the issue and mentioned "voted Brexit" or some sh@t and said basically that they don't care. After my email I saw that they updated their page with exactly every point I mentioned (assholes). The UPS after I refused the package from their website still tried to delivered it 3 times (morons) and now are holding the package in some warehouse for the last few days. They are also unresponsive in their emails that I sent.

So no refund yet, UPS are holding their d@cks and not doing anything - basically, NEVER AGAIN from Bethesda. Only piracy for their games from this moment on

I preordered the DOOM: The Dark Ages collectors edition for $200+ dollars. One of the benefits was being able to play the game two days early before release. On April 30th I received a shipment confirmation email with a tracking #. Supposedly I would have received my package on the 5th of May. Spoiler alert, at the time of this review, when I check the tracking information UPS reports that they have not received my package so they’re unable to provide any additional information. I reached out to the customer service team only to get a less than enthusiastic response stating they’d reach out to UPS, mind you they’ve yet to respond with an update, on top of that the company refuses to honor the early access bonus for preordering the collector’s edition. Bethesda and Dpipromo has yet to address any of these issues nor has there been any significant steps taken on their end to rectify these issues. I’m starting to think that UPS never received the package in the first place.
I write all this to say do NOT preorder anything with Bethesda because they’ve partnered with this scam company that doesn’t care about their client’s customer base.

Do not buy special edition games from this company. They don't forewarn you that UPS will charge you additional taxes for anything worth £135 or more.
Just preordered Doom and now been emailed by UPS to pay £58 in taxes.

They're response to not bothering to inform customers that import taxes are liable to customers "you voted brexit". Disgraceful attitude.

Starfield. Too bad, a game that's absolutely not user-friendly. Complicated as can be. I uninstalled it. Bethesda usually makes better games than this.

Eine Schande was diese Firma hier bietet . Das fing bei mit der Sperre meines Konto vor vielen Jahren an , wo angeblich das Konto gehackt wurde( Nach dem Kauf von Diablo 4 und damit waren alle meine Games weg nicht nur das Geld)eine Woche später. Mein Fehler war das ich das Sicherheitspasswort nicht notiert hatte und ich Sie anschrieb das ich mich doch ausweisen kann...na was glaubt Ihr...richtig keine Reaktion darauf . Nach dem Forum zu schließen war ich nicht der einzige der mit diesem zwielichtigen gebahren konfrontiert war .

Jetzt mein aktuelles Problem mit diese Firma …. Fallout 4 lief recht Stabil auch mit den DLC´s .In einer Quest total Crah und seitdem läßt es sich nicht mehr spielen weil meine Maus in einem Fenster festhängt . Graphik runter . Danach ging es für einen Tag. Ich kam ins Spiel und denke super geht wieder . Am nächsten das gleiche Problem ,debrix aus etc ,nichts hat geholfen . Ich hoffe das Kompetentere Leute ,vielleicht bei Computerbase noch was ausrichten können .

Es ist wirklich beschämend das solche eine Firma die Leute so im Stich läßt und nicht die Probleme behebt und nicht noch mehr erschafft

Worst company ever and customer service played indiana jones and cant get final achievment not just me have seen loads of reports of over a year ago having know this i wouldn't have wasted my time playing it at all customer service say they will report to the dev team they make great but flawed games so save yourself time and don't play any of this company's games it deserves to go bust.

They have some great games like fallout but a lot of their recent games haven’t been great(starfield was pretty good though) and there are always bugs in their new games.

This is a woke company which deserves to go broke. Pathetic customer service. Most games you will encounter toxic players - this company perma bans you by taking chats out of context - I will no be purchasing anything linked to bethesda

Love their old games and i have high hopes for the new ones, its a shame the DEI has ruined gaming companies but i grew up on oblivion, skyrim, fallout 3 and fallout new vegas, and i fell in love with todd howards worlds.

Turned fallout 76 into a joke, i can't even get into my power armor without it glitching, I've had to leave the session, exit the game and rejoin through all the intro garbage just to get in my power armor. Every time they do an update and say they fixed bugs it just gets 10 times worse, I don't know what they are smoking over there

Bethesda has always at least with me provided an absolutely excellent customer service and excellent quality in their merch and most of their games. Great company

Do not buy anything from their merchandise website. Ordered something in sterling and when arrived was presented with an import duty cost as it came from the eu. Fraud by misrepresentation.

fallout 76 could be an amazing game I have more than a thousand hours in this game, but it is not. the game on consoles at least crashes like every hour, which is something I could put up with if it were they are addressing the issue and getting a fix at some period. the worst part of this game by far is that items are always disappearing from your inventory, we have all had this issue countless times you may just not have noticed. what makes this issue a massive disappointment and is irredeemable is that Bethesda refuses to do anything about it despite knowing it is a massive issue impacting thousands of players on their game. they offer no assistance and take zero accountability for this issue, and the game without subscription doesn't allow for hoarding of materials so you can just make new items when your item vanishes out of nowhere e.g. (my entire excavator suit) Bethesda does not compensate anyone for their inability to produce a game that does not have a thousand issues and the surprising thing is, is that they maintains a player base despite their short comings, as more and more issues arise I fully anticipate there player base will cease to exist. as it rightfully should.

Preordered the Pip Boy for our son which arrived , as promised, many months later.

However, I was shockingly landed with a £62 UPS customs charge.

I emailed Bethesda who apologised and explained this was due to Brexit. They refunded me in full and I received the refund in a few days!

I've ordered a few times from Bethesda and each time, the service has been great. The products have arrived in the time frame and have been really well packaged.

Perfect customer service always 👌

I pre-ordered Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: Premium Edition from an officially authorized store. I even asked the company to take a leave of absence for this reason, but not only did you not open early access on time, but the dlc content was also incomplete.

I had to buy it on the steam store again, and it turned out that there was no problem buying it on the steam store. I could start the game and all the dlcs were included.

Why didn't Bethesda double check whether there was anything wrong with the steam key it provided? Who is responsible for the losses we suffer as a result?

It’s really, really bad!

I am currently watching Fallout and looked into the game as well. But as I scrolled on the page of Fallout 76, I read that I have to get a subscription to extend my backpack. Even worse, the game has crashed since the release date till now. I know they developed the game and made the choices for payments, etc., and thought I should tell them instead of mocking their designers, etc. Those people did an excellent job by directing the movie and designing the game.
I hope the gaming industry will come back to its sanity.

F U C K Bethesda. The name used to mean something. Nowadays it means only trash. It's long since time to burn this company to the ground, and let Todd Howard eat the ashes.
