Die haben nicht einmal einen Stern verdient. Bin echt enttäuscht. Totale Abzocke. Hat rein gar nichts damit zu tun, welches Foto man hinschickt. Kommt Billiges Zeug für 50 Cent nach Hause .

Man bekommt ein falsches minderwertiges Produkt und von PayPal sein Geld nicht zurück, weil es eine "Sonderanfertigung" ist.

Auch ein Stern zu wenig. Absolut schlimmes Produkt. Auf dem Video wird eine 3 D Statue gezeigt. Bekommen tut man eine 2D Plasik Platte mit einem Fotodruck. Der aber dazu sehr schlecht ist und bei meiner Tochter wurde die Backe abgeschnitten. Sie sieht aus wie ein Alien. Das darf sie so auf keinen Fall sehen. Auf KEINEN FALL kaufen.

Habe ein völlig falsches Produkt erhalten und trotz PayPal Fall nicht mein Geld zurück bekommen, weil der Käuferschutz nicht gilt.

I should have read the reviews before buying! Totally misleading advert, ! They show a figurine on the add, but send a flat piece of Perspex with your photo on it ! Cost £49.59 to buy and probably cost £1.00 to make. ! Thankfully I paid through PayPal so I may get a refund.

Habe ein 3D Plüshauto bestellt das per Foto nachgefertigt werden sollte. Gekommen ist ein Kissen das in keinster Weise mit dem Auftrag steht. Hände weg von diesem Laden, spart Euch das Geld - Ihr bekommt definitiv nicht was Ihr bestellt habt

Ich hatte heute meine Bestellung bekommen , genau wie meine Vorgänger , ich hatte nur 2 Acrylplatten bekommen , die überhaupt nicht mal ansatzweise was mit dem Aussehen zu tun haben, ZERO !!! Ich hoffe ich bekomme das Geld dann zurück , bzw habe ich das nicht bezahlt , hoffe PayPal wird das auch nicht tun !!!

The product is not as per their advertising. The photos they use are misleading …it misrepresents the final product. It is not a 3D figurine but a flat 2D cut out….very disappointing!

Habe eine 3D Schlagzeuguhr bestellt die auf dem Bild sehr hochwertig aussieht und auch einen stolzen Preis hat. Geliefert wurde eine ausgesägte Metallscheibe mit einem total minderwertigen Uhrwerk zum selber zusammen bauen. Würde sagen: Warenwert höchstens 10 Euro. Nach mehrmaligem Email Kontakt war es nicht möglich mir den gewünschten Artikel nachzuliefern (ich vermute die Objekte auf den Bildern existieren nicht). Man bot mir 30% Nachlass an. Konnte 50% raushandeln.
Lasst besser die Finger von dem Shop.

What a joke this website is The product they sent was nothing like the Photo. Gave Us a good laugh though.

Ordered what was supposed to be a wood/resin figurine. Ehat i recieved was an oval piecr of wood wid a characteture on it. Cannot get in touch. Only 1 star as you have to to get started.

I would give 0 stars if I could! When I ordered plush cartoon looking like toy,it stated 3-5 days delivery! Very hard to contact, once I received the item, it was nothing like described. As I paid with PayPal, I opened the case in hope to get money back and PayPal sided with seller, stating that the product isnt under Buyers protection scheme. I provided them with evidence and all but still nothing! Stay clear, dont purchase from them!

As per all other reviews I paid for a like for like sentimental gift as advertised, I received the opposite and whilst the table stated this was the Fletchers Clan we were unrecognisable, so much so I was no longer female i was a Man and my father in law looked like Alan Carr (I wouldn't mind if he was). They tried to settle at 50% refund so 23.50 I pay to throw in the bin. I think not.

Habe am 14.nov bestellt. Bis heute heißt es das es Produkziert wird.
Habe für mein Kind den dino gekauft wo er drauf sitzt.
Habe leider jetzt hier erst die schlechten Erfahrungen gelesen.
Hoffe das Paypal mir das Geld zurück überweist da keine Ware und nur hinhaltung 😔 46,99 dafür ausgegeben da mein Kind das so toll fande und zu Weihnachten haben möchte. Heute ist der 1dez. Zum Vergleich wie lange ich schon warte

Völlig überteuerte Ware, die absolut gar nichts mit den Produktbildern zu tun hat! Statt der bestellten, nach Fotovorlage individualisierte Figur erhielten wir eine bedruckte Acrylglasplatte. Mit dem Foto hatte das Ganze keine Ähnlichkeit und die „Drucktechnologie, die einen realistischen 3D-Effekt“ erzeugt, ist billig und 2D. Selbst einen dreidimensionalen EFFEKT sucht man vergeblich. Eigentlich ganz klar 0 Sterne. Da der Kundenservice aber nach eröffneten Reklamationsfall bei Paypal tatsächlich antwortete und sich schließlich nach etwas Diakutieren auf eine Rückzahlung von 50% einließ, kann ich mit einem Stern leben!

I also got caught with this company, a photo stuck on a piece of plywood. I could have made it myself. Totally ripped off. Do not buy from this company!!!!
