This company is a scam, I ordered a statue of my Grandson and his new bride, and receive a flat cardboard cut out. Do not order anything from this company that is based in China. I have been trying to get my money back for 2 months.

Do not go near this company. I received no product and they refused to refund me.

Hatte die Anzeige auf Facebook entdeckt und mir lange über legt ob ich dort was bestellen sollte.
Lange überlegte ich es mir. Habs aber riskiert.

Das Ergebnis ist nicht Perfekt, aber voll Süß und bequem.

Lieferdauer dauerte etwa 1 Monat. Auf die Paketverfolgung hab ich nicht geklickt. (Chinesischer Link)
Lieferung wurde jedoch mit post.at App informiert und Aktualisiert.

Ich habe leider die gleichen Erfahrungen gemacht wie alle meine Vorredner.Bestellt wurden zwei 3D Figuren (Pferd / Reiter) erhalten haben wir zwei Plastikplatten die weder in Form,Farbe oder anderen Details dem eingeschickten Foto entsprachen,zudem war die "Darstellung" spiegelverkehrt...Nach langem hin und her über PayPal haben wir uns auf eine teilweise Rückerstattung geeinigt. Rein rechtlich ist das Betrug, aber da der "Verkäufer" in China sitzt muss man sich auf diesen Faulen Kompromiss einlassen.
Ob nun Belovedgift, XHMGIFTS oder loves.servies(ät)gmail.com ist völlig egal es ist alles der gleiche Laden....

I thought I was getting a 3 D crystal looking figurine of my parents. What I received was a flat piece of plexiglass that had an image printed on it that was hexed looking like crystal. It was nothing like the pictures. When I took a picture of it with my phone it looked more like a 3D crystal figurine. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

As with all the other reviewers, the end product I received is nothing like the beautiful statue advertised. The advertised product was a 3 dimensional completely life-like statue, while the products I received were simply a 2 sided cut out stuck in a slotted base to stand up. Really disappointed, but after reading all the other reviews, I’m not even going to try to get a refund. Definitely fraudulent advertising.

Absolute frauds it was cheap and tacky and was delivered broken i asked for a full refund and they offer me 30% refund i am still sk for my full refund but I haven't heard from them. Do NOT order from them.

Fraudsters it’s that simple , nothing like it was advertised, tacky took me a long time to fight for a refund finally got 60% back . Awful experience Please don’t fall for the pictures on the website you are wasting your money and will just be left with a lot of stress

Absolute scam, their advert shows a figurine but the product is a cut out piece of plastic.

Habe meinen Hund als 3D Plüschfigur bestellt. Kam gestern an. Sieht im Angebot super aus, es kam aber nur ein Kissen. Bin schon ganz schön enttäuscht.

Keine Statue wie angezeigt,billige plastik Platte was total schrecklich aussieht und 0 wie das Foto. Bin echt sauer soviel Geld für nix

Don’t buy anything from this company they say they offer a full refund but they don’t. I ordered a photo frame and sent a photo of myself and new wife. They sent me a photo frame of an ai of a couple wearing our bespoke wedding outfits. Then when I complained they offereda30% refund I argued that I wanted my full refund they refused offering a 50% refund or nothing. I took it and said I would take it further. They are theives and a con. I did offer to resend the rubbish photo frame. Stay away from this company at all costs. Complete rubbish.

Absolutely disgusting company a massive scam, payed £38.54 for the terrible terrible product I received plus I had to pay £8.19 delivery fee, placed order in the 25/10/25 and received it on 12/12/25 when I opened it I was mortified, nothing like what was shown on their website, customer service is terrible as well, this was suppose to be a surprise Xmas present but this has now been ruined. Not happy at all

Already reported and to the bank as well. Keep away people. These people are scammers. Unless you want to be mislead out of your own money then go for it. But you've been warned

In der Werbung als Figur auf einem Holzbrett total super. Als ich das Paket öffnete hätte ich ko..... können. Eine Plastikscheibe mit Foto auf Holz zu stecken völlig wackelig. Meine Freundin lachte mich aus. Bestellwert mit Versand 47€ Warenwert 5€ nicht zu empfehlen und dann wartet man

Order no, 100 980000 009833 and tracking...4PX300222359912. Unfortunately parcel has not arrived and no emails about late deliver. Please rectify this ASAP with either product delivery or refund.
