Product is complete crap, nothing like what is advertised. They offer 50% as a solution when the garbage isn’t worth $1 let alone 50% of the initial pricing.
We are starting a class action complaint against them to get every customer their full refunds, if you are interested please shoot me a message.
Do not buy from this company or any of their holdings (if you need them I can send them) as they are nothing more than organized theft.

An absolute shambles of a company.
What they offer in their adverts and what arrives are worlds apart.
In the age of AI they really milk it, their products are perspex rubbish and not worth a fraction of what they charge.
They know their goods are crap, they offered a partial refund, more that what some people are offered.
I paid by PayPal and as such went for a full refund. Somehow they have worked it so it's not covered by buyer protection, and I received nothing.
Avoid them like the plague.

Ich habe ein Geschenk auf Basis eines Fotos anfertigen lassen. Das Geschenk war nicht brauchbar, da es sich komplett vom Foto unterschieden hat

Total scam! Received the item and it looks very cheap looking, doesn't look like the person I requested it for and very overpriced!

Nothing liked what I had ordered. Supposed to be 3d models but were only 2d balsa wood . The photos did not resemble in anyway shape or form of the ones I supplied. We have been conned by false advertisement, and this company should be shut down . Where are you trading standards ?

Achtung, Betrüger-die Ware entspricht in keinster Weise dem Angebot-es ist keine 3-D Figur es ist einfach nur ein Ausdruck auf Plastik geklebt-nicht einmal die Figuren entsprechen ansatzweise den Personen auf dem Bild

Es wird Werbung mit 3 D gemacht und gekommen ist eine Plastik Scheibe mit aufgeklebtem Bild und Sockel .Völlig überteuert.

Wish I'd looked them up before ordering. Bought through PayPal for added buyer protection, waste of time. My models were delivered and as everyone else has commented they are 2d balsa wood with a poor quality print of your photo stuck on. Complained and asked to return as not worth £28 each. BeLovedGift offered 20% discount, told them still wanted to return and they then offered a 10% discount. Raised a PayPal claim, BeLovedGift then offered a 50% discount and told me to keep the "models" . The cost of sending them back and hassle I accepted the 50% discount, however whatever they said to PayPal, PayPal sided with them. So no discount at all and paid way more than what they are worth. E' una truffa, fanno vedere oggetti in tridimensione spacciandolo per "vetro" e poi ti arriva un pezzo di plexiglass sottilissimo con stampato l'effetto prisma...valore 10€ al cinese

Absolute Frechheit! Betrüger. Es werden 3 d Figuren für fast 70€ angeboten. Erhalten habe ich eine Plastikscheibe mit nem ausgedrucktem Aufkleber. Nichtmal 20 cent wert

The item i received is nowhere near what i ordered . Suppose to be a full 3D stature. I got a photo on a pc of plexy glass for 60.00. Ripped me off.

What was advertised is not what I received. I believe your company practices bait and switch as well as deceptive advertising. I will not buy anything from your company in the future and will discourage others to do the same.
