Asked for refund 2 days after purchase, and Comodo would not send confirmation email. The 30 day refund policy appears to be not true. I've read horrible reviews too late. It's bad when a company needs to steal your money.

De schoenen die we bestelden wijken volledig af van de afbeelding en zijn totaal niet hetzelfde product.
We hebben een maand moeten wachten op levering; ze blijken uit China te komen (dropshipping).
De kwaliteit is bovendien bijzonder ondermaats.

Bestelling geannuleerd door comodos en plots onbereikbaar.
Geld terug via betaalplatform whop

Oplichters besteld niks ontvangen na 5 weken en na contact altijd maar zeggen is in verwerking.
Beter nul sterren 1 maal nooit meer

Absolutely terrible customer service….avoid!

Dieses Unternehmen ist ein Deckunternehmen, um Viren besser unter den Mann bringen zu können. Sie haben mir eine Fernsteuerungssoftware installiert, die sich nur schwer wieder entfernen lies und haben damit auf meinen PC zugegriffen.

Antivirus complétement dépassé avec des sous-programmes provenant des années 90.
Leur marketing agressif n'y change rien.
3 personnes sur leur forum, qui malgré qu'ils soient payés, même s'ils disent le contraire n'aident en rien.
Aucun support valable.
Voici un exemple :
Quand 61 antivirus du marché, même les plus obscurs et insignifiants trouvent cette menace malware, mais pas Comodo !!!

Every month they send a receipt to my email with money written off from my card. In tech support (chat on their website) they said that this is money for a subscription. They refused to explain in more detail what kind of subscription it is. They said to send the question to subscriptions@ comodo.com.
I sent the question to sales@ comodo.com.
I sent the question to subscriptions@ comodo.com.
No result!
Although the receipt that they send to my email says: "Questions? Contact us at sales@ comodo.com or call us at +1 888-551-1531."

Twee weken geleden bestelde ik een (verf) artikel dat inmiddels nog steeds niet is geleverd...
Trackingcode is zelfs onvindbaar.

TLDR, if you uninstall comodo and can't get internet, go to the adapter properties and uninstall the network driver for comodo in there where the ipv4 / dns IP settings area is. It's there, if you can't find it look for how to set dns via adapter settings and you'll find the comodo thing near that to delete to get everything working again.

Hips will lock and freeze the pc, this needs and auto passthrough, log the event but holy damn don't add hips instantly to the install, it'll bog down the pc and stop it responding, i need to entirely boot comodo just to run windows again. In all it could be nice but damn it's like letting a virus onto your pc with such extreme settings that destroy the PCs ability to even be used. If you ever install the app drop hips instantly and just use it as a firewall.

Oddly firewall should only control connections not internal apps thats what the virus defender is for mate so please remove such an overpowered amd damaging system from killing PC's. In the end i needed to boot linix to wipe this crap off my pc

J'utilise Comodo Internet Security qui regroupe pare-feu et antivirus.
Il fait le travail, est gratuit et bloque la plupart des menaces sans être trop compliqué à utiliser.
Surtout, il n'a pas de popups vous demandant régulièrement de passer à une version payante comme beaucoup d'autres.
Je l'ai installé également sur le PC de mon père qui n'y comprend pas grand-chose et il n'a pas de problèmes avec.

Slechte kwaliteit product (schoenen), voldoet absoluut niet aan omschrijving en afbeeldingen, wordt uit China Verzonden. Verzend status veranderde pas na boze mail met vraag waar product bleef na 3 weken. Daarna opeens in 5 dagen uit China thuisbezorgd. Nu al dagen geen reactie op mail dat ik het product retour wil sturen.

It's not a good antivirus. It's entirely containment-based and hard to use. When opening my browser it shows 10 popups. The valkyrie system is pretty cool but barely ever works.

I purchased an SSL in a hurry, obtained the certificate with no issues and all working OK.
However, after downloading the invoice I noticed that they had stuck on a $4.99 SiteLock Scanner monthly subscription without my knowledge.

It turns out that they add this on the page where you enter the billing information and if you don't see it (which I didn't) it gets added automatically.

I contacted support immediately and they point blank refused to remove and refund this subscription.

The cost is not high but adding products in this manner is in my view very bad practice. I don't mind being offered extra products but I should have to choose to add them, not the other way around.

After seeing my post the company finally relented and refunded the subscription money and so I have upgraded them to 3 stars. The SSL install was fine and works as it should.

Near fraudulent levels of service. Avoid at all costs!

DISGUSTING service with ZERO customer support, stay away, applied for a SSL certificate, did all the necessary steps, submitted everything and never heard from them again....finally after 3 weeks I chased up on their chat service and the response was: "I am sorry but it is as per the recent industry changes for Code sighing certificates . Now all the code sighing certificates are issued with a Hardware USB Token. This order need to be cancelled and you have to place a new order"

NOBODy had reached out to let me know....THIS is how S H 1 T they are.
