She saved an experience.

My package has been stuck for 10 days. Once it went past the estimated delivery date I reached out to the email contact for support with a detailed message on the challenge along with the tracking number/original email sale receipt. The first response was just someone sending me the tracking number I already had. When I responded to please actually read my message the second one was to reach out to the vendor and that it wasn't past the estimated delivery date yet.

My response to that one was that yes it was past the date and that the carriers are telling me to reach out to the merchant. So of course I received NO response back to that.

I was at the point of calling my bank to do a dispute and decided I would never purchase a product from your company again as well as be sure to tell people of my experience.

I decided to first try one more time during business hours to actually talk to someone. I was able to get someone in the chat quickly who listened and fixed the challenge in under 3 minutes.

She saved a sale and the customer experience. She clearly did the basics and I don't understand why the email support couldn't take the time to do the same.

Loved the smell of all the products, the beachwaver itself has been great and became really easy to use. I have a 3 month autoship but wasn't quite ready for more product when I got the shipping notification, I replied to the email immediately to see if I could delay it a month and the same day they were able to cancel the shipment and refund me. I knew it was a long shot to cancel that late, but they made it happen.

While having difficulty with the local post offices making a return, Sonia at Beachwaver customer service was extremely patient and helpful with a week-long process. She was always quick to respond and helped make this process easier.

Love my beachwaver curler. I've never been able to curl my own hair but now I can with these and it looks incredible.
Very fast delivery and great price.

I initially ordered the Beachwaver B1 and was so impressed with the results that I wanted to try more Beachwaver products. I ordered the Great Barrier heat protectant hairspray and the Second Chance dry shampoo. Upon arrival both bottles were in the open position and had leaked product during shipping. I reached out to customer service and they not only replied right away but also mailed me a replacement set! Wow. I am loving both sprays, they smell absolutely delicious and work brilliantly with my new B1. Highly recommend!!

Be AWARE. I used the Coast Pro Titanium Flat Iron, and my 10 year old straightener did a better job. So disappointed. They will not accept a return if the box has been opened. So, if you try it and are not satisfied. No return. Poor policy.

Customer support were great with me after I stuffed up when I submitted my order incorrectly and helped me to rectify this.

Ordered a curler for my daughter for Xmas but it wasn't until she unboxed it we realised they had sent the wrong colourway. Beachwaver were great about correcting the issue but is now 3rd January and my daughter still doesn't have the correct item. The courier is now notifying me of delays with the delivery. Unfortunately the companies great customer support doesn't compensate for the frustration and disappointment from their error. Hopefully the produce is decent when it eventually arrives.

I ordered my automatic curler on 6/12 for a Christmas present. And it still has not been delivered.
I lodged a complaint and asked for my money to be refunded and they said they could not refund and my order was final. I asked how much longer should I expect delivery and they said they had approval to send a replacement one. Still am yet to receive either curler. I think this company is a scam in Australia!

I ordered the item on 11/12 and never received it. I emailed the company on 12/9 to try to rectify the order and perhaps have another sent, but I did not hear back. At that point I contested the charge on my credit card. As this was a gift, I called the company on 12/26 to inquire about ordering an iron with expedited shipping. The customer service representative told me I would be fined by the bank for the chargeback and that expedited shipping from Illinois to Pennsylvania would be $50 which is exorbitant on a $99 purchase.

Beachwaver was able to correct a billing issue immediately upon my request. The representative, Sandra, was very helpful in expediting my request. I commend them for stellar service.

This company is built on good customer service and cares about customers. I appreciated how they helped me when my teenager’s Christmas present was stolen out of the mailbox, they came to the rescue with a solution!

There was mishap with an order I placed during Black Friday, I understand as it’s probably very busy for them. Despite the holiday rush, they worked with me to make it right and went above and beyond to get things squared away!! Terrible company! Beware!! They chose a third party shipping company with a 1 star review. My product took 14 days to get to me and missed Hanukah. The company refused to allow me to return the product- even though their shipping company took 14 days just to get it delivered. No respect for Jewish holiday or concerns of customers!! They are not flexible and are not customer friendly.

Sonia was able to find the order and take of my needs immediately. She is kind with a can do attitude.

My experience was good I got my purchases on time and was able fo make a return with no issue at all .I hope to buy from them in the future
