I’m very happy with customer service highly recommend

All started well when my beachwaver was dispatched the same day as ordering. However nothing then updated. After a couple of weeks I messaged the company to be told they only deal via email. So I emailed customer services to be told as it’s dispatched it’s up to me to contact the courier to find out where it is. I replied reminding them that my contract was with Beachwaver so it was their responsibility to tell me where my product was. In response they told me it has already been delivered and that I should again contact the courier to find out where it it. Fortunately the tracking from the courier showed they were still waiting to receive it and I was able to send that as proof. At this point Beachwaver did offer me a full refund however this was only after challenging them 3 times!

Disappointed in Quality and Customer Service

I really wanted to love this curling iron—it’s marketed as salon-quality and carries a premium price tag, so I expected it to last. Unfortunately, it stopped working shortly after the one-year mark, and the company’s response was basically: “Sorry, here’s $20 toward buying another one.”

No repair options, no replacement parts, and no real accountability. It feels like once you’re outside the narrow warranty window, you’re on your own—even if the product clearly didn’t hold up.

What’s especially frustrating is seeing influencers get free tools and top-tier support, while actual paying customers are left with overpriced junk and a coupon. Not exactly the empowering, customer-first brand image they project.

I won’t be buying again. I’d rather invest in a brand that stands behind their products and values all of their customers—not just the ones with a following.

Never seen anything like this before... A hair tool that is frying your hair, but the curls don't last more than an hour. How can a hair tool become so hot and yet not work? I don't understand how they made them, but definitely way too expensive for what it does. I have so many curling irons and when I use most of them,,my curls last up to a week. With this, they drop after an hour and my hair is straight again, and mind you, I do every strand of hair for at least 10-15 seconds, my hair is fried, and the curls are....nowhere to see.

Absolutely crap product flimsy and clip breaks easily I am in the process of claiming the small court's DO NOT PURCHASE CUSTOMER SETVICE AWFUL

Wouldn't buy from them again. Returned an item which they received on the 16th December. Still chasing a refund. Constantly being asked for a tracking number, which I have given. Also I have proof that you have received the returned parcel.

Products has a design fault, the clip on the waver is weak and will break . Expensive product to get one years use of it.
Shame as it curls my hair very well

I wrote a review in nov 23 . Praising the company for replacing my faulty product that was purchased in august 23.
Here I am just over a year later and my second Beachwaver has broken again . Same issue , a broken clip.
Reading reviews online this appears to be a fairly common issue/ such a shame as I love this styling tool, and get lots of compliments about my hair: I’ve never managed to master styling it with straighteners. However I’m reluctant to recommend buying a Beachwaver

Shocking company I purchased these for a Xmas present last year been used 5 times , clasp has broken . Expensive product to get 5 uses out of it . Company not interested and refused to do anything about it. Don't waste ur money

Got one as a gift and its such poor quality! The clip broke and won’t hold my hair at all and their policy is useless won’t do returns. Do not waste your money

Poorly made! Be careful before purchasing as it won't last 5 seconds. They won't be interested in helping too.

I had a terrible experience this time last year, and I can see this is still happening so I had to weigh in! I got the neon Malibu Sunrise as a birthday present, as I saw ads and thought it looked amazing so asked for one. I have tried the product and also used the recommended method advertised on Instagram. However it does not work for me at all. It leaves kinks in my hair and doesn’t create the beautiful waves I saw online. It made my hair a frizzy mess to be honest which was such a shame as I was so excited to use it. I have used a lot of hair curlers and never had curls fall out so fast. I asked for a refund but as it was a present it was past the returns date. It just doesn’t work right, returns policy is awful. I was offered no refund, compensation, advice or even a proper apology about their awful policy. As I’m unsatisfied I would have appreciated a full refund I understand minus the shipping costs. Terrible product and bad customer service, do not bother!! Waste of money and no respect for the fact their products are not good.

I opened up to see products and found it was of bad quality, curl did not last in hair which was very upsetting like 20 minutes later had fallen out . So wanted to return . You can not return if you have opened the box . Seriously who buys a product without checking it out . Because this is such a bad customer experience. Do not buy , do not be fooled into a 30 day return .

I bought one of their black glitter curlers and it is one of the most awkward curlers I have ever used. It does not create cohesive curls and causes so much heat damage to the hair so for about 2 days after use your hair smells so burnt. I tried it twice both using different techniques but the shape is awkward to use and the auto-rotate/grip thing is useless. Then I emailed them to ask about a return due to it not being anywhere near £119 worth. The staff member that replied was useless due to just giving me links and not explaining anything until I found out they do not allow the return if you have even just opened the box. Then even if you hadn't opened the box and wanted to send it back they take a 15% handling fee. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Disgraceful firm. Don't waste you money trying and just spend a bit extra on a good brand like ghd.

Great customer service, always reply to your emails and after a little bit of a rocky start I did have a full refund on my returned item. Would use them again

I never received my order due to courier and they sent me a replacement immediately 5 star

I purchased my Beachwaver in august and I love it. I can finally get a decent curl in my hair. I’ve tried GHD, a dyson airwrap and countless branded curling irons. This product is amazing. I work in retail and regularly get asked how I curl my hair and feel I should be in commission for the number of recommendations i have made 😀
My wand broke a week or so ago and within about 5 days I had a brand new replacement , so I can’t fault the customer service either
