Waste of money for me. I bought 3: S.75, S1 and S1.25 after looking at numerous reviews. I've used these 4 times and each time my curls were out within half an hour. I tried pinning them, and I bought texturing and volumising products to no avail. I even used hair spray before and after each curl. What a mess. Yesterday I tried an experiment. I curled one side of my hair with S1 and the other using my flat iron. The Beachwaver side lost its curl almost straight away. The flat iron side is still curly the next day. That's just over $500 that I have thrown away.

Not a great product. Average quality and difficult to use without a home button as in other models. When I contacted customer service and asked to return the product. I was told it could not be returned.

I ordered for the first time from this company, and it took literally two weeks to get the item. When i did receive it, it didn't work properly and when i contacted customer service they said it was a final sale and it wasn't returnable. Also on 3/22/2024 there was a BOGO for the items and when i contacted them prior to me receiving the first order, they said i couldn't add to the order it was against company policy. Who wouldn't want to pay $10 for having two of these supposedly great items. Incidentally i am happy they didn't honor it as i have said the first curling iron was defective and after the substandard customer service, i am sorry to say will never order from them again!

I had a question about shipping/delivery on my order. I was able to contact a real person in customer service to chat with and she (or he) was friendly and helpful.

My daughter’s beachwaver broke they are sending me a replacement for free. Much appreciated!

They have great products and the customer service what awesome. What a great experience.

Clara was very helpful and answered several of my questions and responded to several of my emails. She made things much clearer for me and was very kind and respectful.

I had a defective curling iron. I got a hold of customer service and they were absolutely wonderful I sent mine back and they are sending me another one! I will definitely continue to order. We need more companies with customer service like this! Ty Beachwaver

Ordered two weeks ago. Order not fufilled yet. Was supposed to be bday gift for tommorow!!
Ridiculous contacted customer service. They had order on hold for suspicious fraud. They didn’t think it was fraud when they charged my credit card. How bout decline the order of you thought that. Bs reason

I bought a beachwaver a year ago from now and I was so excited once I received it. For the first 4 months of using it, everything was perfect, then suddenly the pin broke and I couldn't clamp my hair inside with out fixing it. Luckily, it was very easy to fix and I had no problems with it ever since then. However, it broke again and like last time I was able to fix it however now when I put my hair in the clamp it slides out and doesn't allow the culer to rotate and therefore due to this I can no longer use it.

Overall, it's a good product to but if you only want to use it for a few months, overwise, it will only break a few months after buying and even when you have fixed it, it won't rotate without your hair sliding out.

I mistakenly put my old address as the ship to address (autofill)and didn’t realize it until I checked the tracker: I contacted customer service and instantly they had a new order sent to my correct address! So fast and no issues, just great communication and perfect service! Very sweet gals too

The curling Iron I got was terrible for my hair and when I wanted to return it they told me it was final sale and I could not return. No where on my receipt or when purchased did I see anything about a final sale. To me this is a fraudulent business practice and I am extremely disappointed. Maybe they have good products at this point I have no idea.

My teenage daughter always asked me to curl her hair because she didn’t know how to do it. I bought her this curling iron showed her how to use it and she loves it
