I placed an order and immediately afterwards I realized I ordered the wrong barrel size. I was able to use my email as a reference how to get ahold of them to cancel the order (which is through email) very convenient to reply to the confirmation email. Within minutes I was refunded and was able to go back online and reorder the correct one!

I like the way the beachwaver curls hair HOWEVER I had to buy about 4 in the last 2 years because they always break. These aren’t cheap either. I got my last one in February and a few weeks ago. The button to rotate it broke. Which is one of the main things that keeps breaking. Their customer service is horrible. They want to give you the runaround and make you send your curling iron in and once they receive it and process it, then they say they will send out another one. But that does you no good if you need to style your hair in the meantime. I wouldn’t recommend this product

I recently received an order that came damaged and sent an email to the support team. The issue was resolved in less than 24 hrs!! I absolutely love the products that I have gotten from them and will continue to purchase the products!

I purchased a Beacheaver for my Daughter for Christmas and it quit heating in 6 months. They fall back on their warranty. Don’t waste your money.

I bought the wrong size of the Beachweaver, and I contacted the company to find out what I could do. Since I purchased it on sale, it wasn't refundable, but Clara was so nice to actually give me a refund so I could buy the right one! The customer service is amazing! And, besides the wrong size, which was totally my fault for not having reviewed all of them, the Beachweaver is fantastic! So easy to use, and the curls last a very long time, at least on me. I use the F350 temp and have wavy, frizzy, fine hair, so I never go above F350 when I use styling tools. The curls lasted all day, but for me, they were too tight, which I personally don't like. So, I will now purchase the bigger size! I highly recommend this company! And the curler! Thank you, Clara!

How ridiculous! The product is so bad, and I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying it. The curls do not even stay, and I have fine hair that usually curls so easily. The ends of your hair will become so dry and brittle because of the small, tiny clamp it goes into. I have never been more disappointed with a curler in my life. 

You guys should be ashamed of your customer service and care.

Overall, great experience and I’m sure great products! I received my items in a very timely matter! One item was incorrect so I promptly sent an email. I was met with a very kind and quick response. The customer service rep, Clara, immediately put in an order for me for the correct item which was hugely appreciated!

Great sales so far. I didn’t see a refund code and didn’t realize I could use it and they refunded me the difference which I really appreciate because I saved $27.00. Customer service response was very quick. Excited to try my new beach waver

I loved the ease of adding the curls to my long hair. Having used Hot Tools for years the addition of the rotating barrel was great. The issue is the temperature is not accurate. After about 1 year and setting the iron below 400 it was still getting hotter than 450. I finally had to trash it as it was getting hotter no matter the temperature it showed. Sad, because I loved the ease of use. I will not but again because the price point is just too high to replace after 16 months of use. Good thing I save my old Hot Tools Iron.

I accidently put the wrong address when I created my order. I got online and started a chat with customer service. I spoke with Clara and she responded and fixed my address within 1 minute. That was the quickest and easiest customer service experience ever!

I bought one of their black glitter curlers and it is one of the most awkward curlers I have ever used. It does not create cohesive curls and causes so much heat damage to the hair so for about 2 days after use your hair smells so burnt. I tried it twice both using different techniques but the shape is awkward to use and the auto-rotate/grip thing is useless. Then I emailed them to ask about a return due to it not being anywhere near £119 worth. The staff member that replied was useless due to just giving me links and not explaining anything until I found out they do not allow the return if you have even just opened the box. Then even if you hadn't opened the box and wanted to send it back they take a 15% handling fee. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Disgraceful firm. Don't waste you money trying and just spend a bit extra on a good brand like ghd.

Very odd service. After opening the box to check the right item was in there, I wanted to get a feel for the item in my hand. Decided it was too big for me to operate and the barrel was too large for my hair. I emailed customer services to ask about how I return the item to be told I couldn’t as I opened the box, they apologised and hoped I could find another use for it. After questioning this very unhelpful odd response they offered me a return but would deduct 15% from my order. Very archaic refund process and not satisfactory I’m afraid, very disappointed.

Amazing company to work with, and I highly recommend this company. I emailed customer service this morning with an issue on the product I received, and they responded very timely and resolved it same day with a replacement product. They have great products and stellar customer service.

I accidentally ordered the wrong beachwaver and was able to contact support and change it before it was sent out to me!!! Was super easy and they were super nice about it!!
