I ordered the Beach Waver B1 curling iron and the clip that holds your hair broke within a few months. This iron was not misused in any way and well looked after. The company refused to replace or fix this. I am extremely disappointed especially with the cost of the item. I would not recommend it.

Would be 0 stars but can’t go that low! My daughter has had 5 curling irons in one year that has broken or the chip went out. One of them started smoking and set off the smoke detectors. Although they replaced them each time we were promised that they would send her another style but lied to us on that. They warranty is only good for one year from date of purchase. DONT waste your money on Beachwaver! Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!

Made a mistake with my order, accidentally ordered two of the same item, I emailed the company and had a response and refund back within just a couple of minutes. Very personable with customer service and insanely responsive and quick to fix the issue I caused.

Bought a Beachwaver recently and it stopped turning one way. Reached out to customer service and they helped me to replace it under the warranty. Very helpful customer service! I love the product and would definitely buy more from the company.

Flimsy and doesn’t last.
Used a handful of times, website/google stated 2 year warranty- so I emailed within 2 year- now it’s suddenly just one year. Despite having a photo of the 2 year warranty- they keep posting me to the new “1 year”

I only received part of my order. However, when I reached out to customer service regarding the issue, they were AMAZING and so easy to communicate with. Their responses were almost immediate and they had the missing part of my order shipped out to me the very same day that I inquired about it. I ordered the catwalk styling set. My package arrived with the multi barrel beachwaver but the styling products were missing. My husband had already burned the box by the time I realized and I was worried they wouldn’t believe me but after a quick and easy chat they sent confirmation that the missing items would be sent.

My items were great except one which was the headband floral print. It came messed up and not put well,but they offer to replace a new one and that was a relief. No stress and very fast shipping.

Do not buy! We bought a BeachWaver and the handle completely fell off, making the curling iron unusable. I called to request a replacement, but was told there was nothing they would do because it was more than a year after purchase. This product is cheaply made and will not last beyond the one-year warranty period.
