Don't buy from this company, they say everything is a finale sale and won't return anything.
Very shady company.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased this product thinking they would stand behind their product and allow me to return if I was not satisfied with it. The product arrived, my hair would not hold the curl, therefore, I contacted the company to return it (same day of arrival). Customer Service and online attempt at return informed me if I was unsatisfied with the product, that was not an acceptable reason for return. Only if it had a defect or was damaged in route, was I allowed to return it. I asked them if they did not stand behind their product and their only response was, “ that’s our return policy.” I will never buy anything from this company again.

I purchased a Beachwaver 12/9/24 as a Christmas present and I have not received it yet ( today is 12/25)!!! This has been the WORST experience I have ever had with buying anything. I have tried to contact them which is only through email and they are unconcerned! Sounds like an automated messenger is responding. Package was at post office 1 hour from me for 4 days then shipped 9 hours away… now back at post office an hour ago for days and continues changing the estimated day of delivery. They will not cancel the order and give refund because they say it has been shipped… but still NEVER RECEIVED and doesn’t look like I will. If I could do negative stars for review I would… this has been so disappointing for my kids Christmas ( only thing she ask for was this)

Clara went above and beyond to make sure my missing order was resolved. This company has great customer service abd has earned a repeat customer.

Bought this for my daughter for xmas. I let her open it early cause she had a dance but we immediately saw it was way too large for her thin shorter hair. Contacted them to start the exchange, had to wait for response. In the meantime, bought another one the correct size. When they responded they informed me it was final sale. Final sale at xmas time, unlike any other reputable company I've purchased from. I will never purchase another product from them. They clearly don't stand by their products if they sell them "final sale" at xmas time. All other companies allow return till Jan, and i just needed an exchange. Now I'm stuck with an extra beachwaver, and I'll inform everybody I know to stick with the Shark cause they have a normal customer friendly return policy.

Original Beachwaver broke after a month or so and was replaced by uk customer services without any issues
Replacement Beachwaver has broken after just over a years use.
I appreciate its out of warranty now but this is an expensive product to fail with the same issue after a year. Online reviews suggest that this is a design fault.
Customer services issued a somewhat terse response. A more customer friendly approach would be appreciated.

Always great customer service, very quick and informative!!! Been using beachwavers since 2018 and I absolutely LOVE them! 😄 This is the first iron I’ve had to exchange.
Can’t wait to get my new one!

It’s such a pleasure to buy from this company. The quality and ease of these hair curlers is really impressive, but what’s really important is the quality of service. During their big holiday sale I was too excited to get another hair curler and completely forgot to add the extra discount they sent me. After contacting the company about this issue, not even 24 hours later they refunded me the difference. That’s what I call an amazing customer service!

I just bought a B1 3 days ago for $69 and now it is on sale for $27. I called to see if I could get a credit for the difference and was told no it was a Black Friday sale so there is nothing we can do! That is not right that the exact item is that much less and they will not price match.

I had a small issue with some damaged items. I got a quick response to my message and was able to resolve the issue quickly. I love the products and the service. I will definitely order again.

I reached out to see if I could change my shipping address because I put the wrong one. Customer service answered my email quickly and were able to help me. Very pleasant experience.

After a year of only using the Beachwaver a couple of times a month, the clip that holds the hair broke. Reading other reviews, this seems like a common problem with the product. Would expect more longevity as it was not a cheap product. Poor quality, which is a shame. Will stick with other well known premium brand from now on as their products have lasted much longer.

I emailed them and they got back to me in less then 10min . Wow . That’s customer service service . Thank you for refunding me back for my order so fast, I ordered twice my mistake . Can’t wait to give my daughters your product for Christmas.

I originally purchased the Beachwaver B1 curling iron in Mach 2023. After a few months of light use the clip broke and I requested a return in late October 2023. The return/exchange process was easy and they sent me an identical item in November 2023. The replacement item was defective from the beginning. It would turn off intermittently while using, on the medium heat setting it seemed to get VERY hot (to the point I was worried I was burning my hair), and it would emit smoke from the barrel. At first I thought the smoke was some hair product residue that was burning off but this continued to happen when used by me and my two daughters, regardless of who was using it and whether we had some or no product in our completely dry hair. I stopped using it after a few uses when it was clear it was defective but did not get around to requesting a replacement or refund until recently. I was notified this week my return request was rejected because “The one-year limited warranty is for irons purchased within one year from our website…” So, even though they had replaced the original broken item one time within the one year window, they would not replace the defective replacement item they sent me. They clearly do not stand behind their products and are not interested in retaining their customers. So now I’m out $65 and stuck with a useless item.

Clara was very helpful in assisting and providing services! My issue was resolved without any problems along the way! Clara was so kind, patient, productive and extremely helpful! Very satisfied with my experience! My issue resolved was that I had submitted my order without adding my additional promo code! I thought I was going to have to cancel and then reorder but Clara came in with no problem: adjusted and reimbursed my difference immediately and effectively! So happy! The customer service team is AMAZING! They really are here for the customer!
