I spoke to Clara regarding my order and I had questions on some items that were not included... but I was given full size body butters to compensate... I was disappointed that I didn't receive the fragrances, but she managed to give me a positive feeling. I haven't had this great service in a very long time... I loved talking to Clara. She is a wonderful customer service agent... please give her a raise! Or a bonus at least .

Absolutely devastated. I bought this beach waver after seeing it advertised on Facebook — WORST decision ever. After just one use, my healthy hair (which took me years to grow and maintain) was ruined. My hair turned crispy, brittle, and literally stayed bent out of shape like it was coated in hairspray. I thought maybe it was a one-off, so I bought an expensive heat protectant and tried again — only for even worse damage. I ended up having to chop off a lot of my hair and spent over £100 on repair treatments like Olaplex. If I could go back in time, I would never have touched this tool. Absolutely do not recommend — it destroyed my hair and cost me a fortune trying to fix the damage. Stay far away!!

Terrible customer service. They don't stand by their product. Buyers beware! If you are unhappy with their product, you will have to pay a ridiculous 15% restocking fee. They are obviously making money from this. My curls fall out before I've even finished curling my hair and are completely gone within 30 minutes. Please check reviews others have written before purchasing!!

Does not last long and too much aggro to return.they break so easily which i just dont get as i have had other curling wands for years.please don't waste your money

I ordered one for my wife and it want delivered, I called and emailed them.
I was instructed to track down the carrier. ( not ) then was told to watch the tracking number and when it arrives back to them ..to call them. ( not) plus , when you call their number it doesn’t say the company’s name. Total scam

I never curl my hair because of how difficult it is to use a wand but the beach waiver is super easy to use and leaves stunning curls. I am obsessed.

My order was shipped, but not delivered and I got a replacement straight away.

I got a great deal on a Beachwaver and loved it so much that I decided to buy another. When the discount code they had sent me didn't work, they gave me another code within five minutes and I was able to get a second Beachwaver. Great product and great customer service!

I love this curling iron, because it’s easy and convenient… I’ve had it for 2 years and I’ve only used it a handful of times, but this past weekend while I was curling my hair the prong melted off… like melted off. There’s absolutely no way to fix it… I reached out and yes it’s been over a year, but it’s a faulty product on their end and they won’t replace it. I use to recommend, but I’ll no longer be recommending to anyone. I also find it odd that I can’t find any reviews based off this, but i literally just type in “beachwaver prong” on Google and several searches pop up for melting off.

Clara was so quick to answer and was so helpful! I forgot to apply my coupon code and she applied it so I would get a refund instead of having to cancel and redo the order. Phenomenal customer service!

I ordered an s.75 curler on the 3rd Feb and when it arrived they had sent a S1.25 curler. I contacted they immediately and was told I would have to send it back before they would send the correct product. I sent it back that day. Fast forward 8 days and My tracking showed they had received it back yet no replacement had been sent. So once again I email them and next thing, your package has been sent. So finally the replacement arrives. And they have sent ANOTHER S 1.25... I am so peed off with the inefficiency.... so again I email them to say I want a refund as this is beyond a joke. But no response from anyone.
So do yourself a favour and buy a similar product somewhere else. Because there are no humans working in this company at all... ZERO STARS FROM ME

The concept and how it works is great, but then it just fries your hair and my hair was breaking, especially around my face. I have all these little baby hairs and also at the top of my head. The hair has just broken off. I had the setting down to the lowest it can go as far as the heat setting, but it didn’t matter. I didn’t use it for almost 6-7 months and then I wanted to use it again and curl my hair…. I even used anI even used a blow dry protective stuff in my hair before I blow dried it and then a week after I used it. My hair was all broken Horrible not using it ever again

Once you buy you cannot return the product unless its faulty. Im not impressed with the product. Its not easy to use and my hair was roasted afterwards. Lots of my hair was coming out too. I dont recommend the tongs or the company

I would give this company no stars if I could! Their returns policy is shocking. Charged me 15% of my purchase price to return. So have lost money for nothing. Haven’t experienced this with any other retailer when buying online. Avoid and take your money elsewhere.

I ordered something in December for a Christmas gift and unfortunately even though I input the delivery address correctly, the package was delivered to the incorrect apartment. I did have a lot of back and forth communications with both the delivery company and Beachwaver, but finally, almost two months later, they are sending me a replacement item. The Beachwaver reps were polite and quick to reply but I am a little disappointed in that it took so long to reach a resolution.

WARNING- This company hides the fact that if a discount 30% or more is applied you cannot return the item! The description of the curling iron and picture was miss-leading and this company bullies you on their return request. Run don't walk to any other vendor for your hair care electronics. I am stuck with my purchase which has NEVER happened to me. Here is the "Friendly" email message I received:

Be prepared to keep any beachwaver product. Their hidden message is that anything purchased at 30% off is final sale--what they don't tell you is that they consider "regular" price to be around $250, so EVERY purchase is final sale. This is bait and switch.
