Great customer service great product

I bought the curler and want to return do to it not working as I thought it would, have reached out to them via customer service 72 hours ago with no response, made a comment on facebook and they responsed by advising me to reach out to customer service which I did and still nothing, might need to go to there offices in Sydney CBD to get help.
Should have come here first to look at review, would not of purchased if I did.

i got a beachwaver about 10 months ago and reached out to customer service because it stopped working. they replaced my beachwaver no questions asked. they were quick with responses, and very kind. i recommend this brand to everyone :)

I ordered a Beachwaver curler over 2 months ago and it still has not arrived. Customer service offered me to cancel the order however my daughter wanted this for her birthday, that has now passed. Website says they are experiencing delays but they give no indication of how long! Avoid if you need it anytime soon!

Please do not buy from this company. The curler doesn’t work as advertised and will damage your hair bc it snags it. And their customer service does nothing to actually help. Try the babylis curling machine or a chi curler, at least their companies are reputable with good service

I purchased a beachwaver curler excited to try it. However it’s difficult to use and snagged my hair causing immense damage at each curl. Not to mention, the curls didn’t curl or stay no matter what I tried. I called to ask for a refund but their customer service line was disconnected. So I mentioned it to my cc company and they said beachwaiver has a bad rep with them and they experience issues with the company refusing refunds. Anyhow Beachwaver finally got back to me and told me to cut the chord of the curler and send the photos, bc they didn’t want to send me a shipping label. I was advised by my cc company not to cut the chord bc it’s a method for Beachwaver to refuse refunding me (bc the curler is damaged). So they were clearly trying to trick me.

When I told Beachwaver my cc company advised me against cutting the chord, they issued me a return label. So I shipped the item.

Beachwaver still refused to refund me. Finally I got them to admit they received the item and refused to refund me.

My cc company had to start an arbitration process to get my refund. Please don’t buy from them.

Took my money and didn’t send item. Had to follow up for four weeks and they still kept claiming the item was in stock but had “processing delays”. Don’t bother buying from Beachwaver Australia

I bought one of these for my daughter for her birthday. She has used it 4 times and the grip clasp has fell off rending it useless. I reached out to the customer services only to be told that the warranty was out of date and there was nothing they could do. Don't recommend these products.

Disappointed in Quality and Customer Service.
I really wanted to love this curling iron-it’s marketed as salon-quality and carries a premium price tag, so I expected it to last. Unfortunately, it stopped working shortly after the one-year mark, and the company’s response was basically: “Sorry, here’s $20 toward buying another one.”

No repair options, no replacement parts, and no real accountability. It feels like once you’re outside the narrow warranty window, you’re on your own, even if the product clearly didn’t hold up.

What’s especially frustrating is seeing influencers get free tools and top-tier support, while actual paying customers are left with overpriced junk and a coupon. Not exactly the empowering, customer-first brand image they project.

I won’t be buying again. I’d rather invest in a brand that stands behind their products and values all of their customers—not just the ones with a following.

Recently I ordered a flat iron and curling iron from Beachwaver Co.. Unfortunately when I got my package it was missing my flat iron. I emailed customer service and within the hour they emailed me back willing to help me. They had great communication and they were able to reorder me a flat iron with no additional charges.

I have used Beachwaver and Beachwaver products for several years now anytime I have needed customer service. They have been amazing.

I absolutely love Beachwaver products! I’ve been searching for years and have tried so many hair products only to be let down. My hair is healthy again and not heavy feeling. They make it fun to try new products with specials of the day. I just won $100 of free products and a few months ago got the B1.25 iron for $29! Give Beachwaver a try, you’ll be so happy you did!

I spoke with both Sonia and Clara this morning. They both had outstanding customer service skills, were very knowledgeable, and were very kind. I was disgruntled due to receiving a faulty iron but they talked me through the return process and offered multiple solutions to make the situation right. Clara took her time in presenting me with all of the options available to me and even offered some hair curling tips! Sonia, took the time to review my return and made sure that I was satisfied with my experience.
These ladies were a pleasure to speak to and if I have to call customer service in the future (hopefully not) I know that I will be taken care of if one of them answers the phone! Thank you both so very much for all of your help!

Customer service was patient with my email arriving encrypted until I could get it to go through. Once they knew my product had arrived broken, they immediately sent out a replacement. Can't ask for better service than that!

I suffered a nasty burn on side of my face recently using beachwaver. The arrows don’t exactly indicate what way the waver will rotate. To make matters worse I had to pull it through my hair to release it. I contacted the company twice and did not even get a reply! Not interested in real life feedback of their product. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from them if they can’t even acknowledge a customer suffering pain through use of their appliance!
