Fantastic customer service.
I ordered the Nolan blouse in yellow, paid for next day delivery with DPD because i refused to have any dealings with Evri.
My blouse arrived beautifully packaged in plastic free packaging which I liked.
It’s beautifully made, true to size and very flattering, it’s perfect!
Out of all my Baukjen items this is my absolute favourite.

I have asked for a pick up from Evri return and havn't heard anything. I still have the parcel but it won't let me re-make a return. Not a great return service.

Non Delivery
Never received the order. I contacted the customer service saying that the order was being held with the courier and asked them to check why. I also told them that DPD hd notified me they would deliver the order on a particular day and whilst I was in the house I DPD didn't attempt the delivery.
The customer service advised me that they would look into it and get back to me.
I didn't hear from Baujken after that call.
I checked the tracking details again for the order a few days after my discussion with Baujken only to discover the order was being returned to Baujken.
I contacted Baujken again and told them why was this...only to be told DPD were unable to deliver the items. They new the outcome for the non delivery but didn't bother to contact me to advise.
