Great quality of cleaning.
Attitude in case of missing item should be improved, more flexible and polite.

We'e used this company for years but the quality of the cleaning has always been very poor. After the cleaning, the surfaces still have dust and there are dirty spots on the floor. The cleaning is very superficial any dirty spot that is slightly more challenging remains uncleaned. I have also witnessed many cleaners staying shorter time that we have booked...honestly, the only reason we are keeping this company is because of the flexibility (if one person is not available, they send someone else). But we are currently checking other companies.

Rentnern und Rentnerinnen, welche die Kosten für die geleisteten Reinigungen durch Batmaid als Ergänzungsleistungen abrechnen möchten, werden durch diesen Anbieter die dafür nötigen Unterlagen verweigert. Eine schriftliche Bestätigung des geltenden Vertrages zwischen mir als Kunden und Batmaid wurde mir von Batmaid trotz Nachfrage nicht geliefert. Anfragen wurden meistens ignoriert, ein Formular wurde einmal geliefert, aber falsch ausgefüllt.

Die Reinigungen sind hingegen in der Regel in Ordnung.

Die Batmaid, die wir jetzt haben, arbeitet sehr gründlich und ist zuverlässig. Das war bei früheren Batmaids nicht immer so.

Cleaners generally did a good job, but the company itself is terrible. They frequently made mistakes when in bookings, cleaners showing up on the wrong days, cleaners not being told about cancelled cleanings, not following through on clear agreements to update the schedule. We cancelled the service this year after the last 12 months were particularly bad.

Prise en compte des besoins, adaptations rapides

Die Qualität der Mitarbeiter ist sehr unterschiedlich. Es kam öfters vor dass unsere Stamm-Mitarbeiterin storniert wurde, obwohl sie Zeit gehabt hätte. Heute erst wieder weniger als ein Tag vorher eine Änderung der Reinigungskraft und die Stornierung ist nicht möglich, weil die Webseite nicht funktioniert.
Die Reinigungskräfte sind sehr gut, wenn man die richtige gefunden hat, der Kundenservice und die Stornierungsmöglichkeiten sind aber sehr schlecht, unflexibel und teuer. Als Kunde hat man ständig das Gefühl, übervorteilt zu werden.

Frau Kukic war pünktlich, sehr freundlich und angenehm im Umgang und hat super Arbeit gemacht. Alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit.

I booked a cleaner and was spammed with enthusiastic emails about the wonderful experience I would have. Unfortunately, on the designated day and time, there was no show. While customer service was friendly and responsive, it was ultimately all talk and no show and left me disappointed and in a bind.

C'est un service sérieux, qui propose des solutions lorsque la batmaid est dans l'impossibilité de venir. C'est facile de réserver ou d'annuler un ménage. La batmaid est une personne très sérieuse et professionnelle.

I have booked 5 cleaning sessions with Batmaid, only 1 has actually gone ahead. Either the cleaners don't show up or Batmaid has cancelled. Most recently on Christmas Eve, the cleaner just didn't turn up with no communication and after accepting the job - my Christmas ruined. On the phone Batmaid offered me 4.5hrs cleaning as an apology and then went back on it by email. They're unreliable, which is worse than cancellation

Wir haben einmalig eine Grossreinigung gebucht inklusive Fensterputzen und sind total enttäuscht. Die Reinigungskraft kam schmuddelig und unfit für diese Art von Arbeit zu uns. Hat Zeit abgesessen und mehrere Rauchpausen einlegen müssen, obwohl Wohnung nicht sauber war. Sachen wie Lavabo und Dusche wurden komplett ignoriert, Fenster waren mehr verschmiert als sauber. Das Ergebnis war absolut mangelhaft. Und Handling nach Beschwerde ebenfalls. Nie wieder.

Die Reinigungskraft arbeitet effizient und gründlich- sie ist höflich und zuvorkommend.
