Speed and quality is very good, even for 'special request gold' which was followed. For the cufflinks, I would have preferred a swivel mechanism that has two prongs as they fold into the buttonhole better, but not an issue.

Excellent service. I paid for the cheapest delivery and expected to wait 3-5 working days after the engraved, personalised cufflink order was completed. Instead, I ordered Tuesday, received confirmation on Thursday that the order was completed and the high quality product was delivered Saturday. Very pleased with the product and the service. Well done!

I purchased some sterling silver cufflinks to be engraved for a birthday gift. I had some questions beforehand and called and the customer service was excellent - very patient and helpful team member answering all my questions.
