First order came with a slight issue but this was dealt with promptly and very happy with item and customer service.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with Badger & Brown, I feel it’s important to share it so that others can make an informed decision.

I purchased a Family Crest Signet Ring based on the photographs displayed on the website. The product shown has a beautiful satin/matte finish with a crisp, elegant engraving that gives the ring a premium appearance. Unfortunately, the ring I received looked noticeably different. Instead of the satin finish shown in the product photographs, mine has a highly polished, mirror-like face, which completely changes the overall appearance of the ring. The engraving is also much less defined and far less visible than the one advertised.

I appreciate that handcrafted and engraved items can have slight variations, and I wasn’t expecting an exact replica. However, the overall finish and appearance of the ring I received were significantly different from the product shown on the website.

I contacted Badger & Brown in the hope they would inspect the ring and address my concerns. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I simply wanted the ring to reflect the product that had been advertised. Instead, I was told they considered the ring to be “perfect” and refused to inspect it, rectify it or offer any solution.

What has disappointed me most is the complete lack of customer care. My concerns were dismissed without any willingness to properly consider them. As someone who values quality craftsmanship, I found this incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Good customer service isn’t about never having a dissatisfied customer—it’s about listening, showing empathy and trying to resolve genuine concerns. Sadly, that wasn’t my experience.

I’ve uploaded comparison photographs alongside this review so that other customers can clearly see the difference between the ring advertised on the website and the one I actually received. The photographs speak for themselves, and I encourage prospective buyers to compare them and make up their own minds.

Based on both the product I received and the way my concerns were handled, I cannot recommend Badger & Brown.

Just such amazing service. Put an order in on a Sunday evening for bespoke engraved cufflinks. When I’d placed the order I realised the delivery time was likely to be too late to give them prior to graduation. A quick email asking for faster delivery was responded to early the next morning and they arrived less than 48 hours after being ordered. They are perfect. This is the second set I have bought as a graduation gift. They are superb quality and I couldn’t recommend them or this company more.

Bought a signet ring for my sons University graduation present. I was really disappointed when I opened this product as its a significant gift and his graduation is in 4 days. The writing is so small I really am gutted you can hardly read it or see the crest.
The company says each ring is hand crafted but the letters in St is faint you cant read them and my husband is concerned the writing will wear off in 6 months. Totally gutted and wound not recommend. I am hoping this company will guarantee to have this ring engraved for free if the writing wears off. This was meant to be special forever to remember. Very sad

To be fair the speed of delivery and response to emails cannot be faulted. Unfortunately this has not been a good buying experience for me and I am left with a product that I do not love - despite one email response stating 'I'm sorry the product wasn't what you had hoped for. We never want you to be stuck with something you don't love.' My understanding of the colour cobalt is that it is a vibrant blue so I ordered a bracelet in this colour, on reflection without properly checking the website description thoroughly. I admit that this is my mistake. The bracelet that I received looks black. On looking at the website the difference between black and the company's definition of cobalt (not a vibrant blue) is at least more distinct. Definitely not the colour I received. Numerous emails back and forth (customers should be aware that this company refuses to pay for return labels in advance - even if product were to be faulty). I returned the bracelet, got told that it is the correct colour and the bracelet came back to me (company does have an efficient postal service). From what is actually received, the difference between their black and cobalt is so negligible it's not worth having as a different option. when seen in person - it looks black. Very disappointed that this gift is just not what I had hoped for. Lessons learned and will not purchase from this website again. Company did opt to pay for 2 return postages.

The cufflinks I ordered arrived and I am delighted with them and the service I received. They were very helpful indeed with the questions I had. One thing was slightly disappointing, the engraving. It wasn’t very clear to see. However I would certainly buy from them again.

I purchased a pair of personalised sterling silver cufflinks for a friend's 50th birthday. The original product was high quality, albeit it didn't quite have the definition I was after on a coat of arms - however B&B accepted the return and issued a better version very quickly as the birthday was fast approaching. Jules in particular was very helpful. Would certainly recommend using B&B.

The website says they offer self tie bow ties but they're actually all pre-tied rubbish

Edit: I'm bumping this from 2 to 3 stars because the website does seem to have been fixed now, but I stand by the fact that pre-tied bow ties look cheap compared to self tie and it's poor to not make it clear which you offer upfront. The reply to this review was quite rude too

The choice of special gifts in the website was very good; particularly the Song Lyrics Keyring. The choice of gift wrapping options was very good. I ordered the pearl tie pin and keyring. They were both delivered quickly. Both gifts were in a gift box / gift bag and wrapped with care. The Song Lyric Keyring is personalised making it a very special gift.

I ordered engraved cufflinks, but unfortunately the font and size used made the text completely illegible. When I raised the issue, I was only offered a 10% discount on a new order as compensation, which I didn’t feel was adequate given the circumstances. Often companies advise on a limited size font to avoid this happening but not Badger and Brown !

I’m not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but these cufflinks were not inexpensive and I wasn’t able to give them as a gift because the engraving was too small to read, which was quite embarrassing.

The leather Chelsea bracelet was exceptional. The leather was of the highest quality. The Chelsea logo finished it off nicely. My husband was over the moon. I have now ordered the same for our Grandson who is another Chelsea fan, he is going to be well happy. The delivery was very fast and well packaged. Thank you so much. Excellent seller. Regards 😊

I ordered a pair of engraved cufflinks and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

They aren’t the cheapest option out there, but they are absolutely worth the price. The quality is second to none. Before engraving, the team checked with me to make sure the font I chose was exactly what I wanted, which I really appreciated. That attention to detail made all the difference. The finished cufflinks turned out even better than I expected and feel truly special. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Strong product options to suit all needs. I had a small problem with my delivery which was fixed immediately and shipped the next day so was very grateful as it was for a present.

Fantastic chunky signet ring in stainless steel. The proportions are perfect. They went above and beyond to get family crest engraving right. Delivered in 2 days from order, amazing.

Second time using these guys. There was an issue with the supplier and getting the gold ring in time for a family members birthday. The issue was resolved in a very timely manner and the ring shipped special delivery in time for said birthday. very responsive via email. Would 100% recommend and will be using them again I'm sure!
