Back Care Online Recenzje

I ordered my thuasne knee brace online and it arrived the day after . The service and product are both excellent

very easy buying process, followed by swift delivery, all one could wish for

Front sleepers are the forgotten ones. Every pillow on the market was built for backs and sides. For those of us who sleep face-down — there was nothing. Stacking. Folding. Waking up with a neck that had been quietly paying for it all night.
And if you go looking for help, the internet tells you to change. Stop sleeping on your front. Retrain yourself. As if people who already struggle with sleep — with insomnia, with bodies that only settle in one position, with nervous systems that need the weight of the mattress against them to feel safe enough to rest — just need to be corrected. As if the answer is always: become someone else.
This pillow does not ask that of you.
I have a structural problem in my cervical spine. I have neck pain that is not metaphorical. I need a pillow so thin it is almost the absence of a pillow, and I need it to hold my head without tipping it back into the place that damages things.
The convex shape. The sloped sides. The depth that gives just enough without asking your neck to pay the difference. Someone sat down and thought about front sleepers — not as an afterthought, not as a niche edge case, but as people who deserve to wake up without pain. That act of consideration is not nothing. I felt it the first night. I feel it still.
The customer service matched the product. Someone followed up personally, with warmth — and apologised for the follow-up. That is a small business that has not forgotten what it means to actually care about the people it serves.
It is the only pillow I sleep on now. The other one I just hug.
Thank you for remembering us.

Ordered a slothie mattress topper for my campervan. The topper arrived within a few days. I had a follow up email checking that everything was ok. Excellent service and I would purchase from this company again. Highly recommended.

The cushion arrived promptly and was well made. A cut to size option for modern day furniture would be beneficial.

Excellent service. Good quality item and great to know it's made by a UK company rather than shipped in from the Far East!

I found this company with a Google . By researching their background I felt reassured. I could have found cheaper but opted for this one because of the research we did. The product was well packaged. It took some time to regain its shape following unrolling but now fits my chair-bed well and transforms it into a much more comfortable occassional bed.

The knee support appears to be just what I need for recovery from upcoming surgery. Ordering was simple and delivery very speedy.

Still waiting on the company to resolve this issue for me 10 days later. It is actually appalling to me how unprofessional they are.

Stay away......

transaction was easy, very fast delivery, brought a pressure topper mattress. excellent quality, very comfortable and releases alot of my pain. perfect.

It was easy to order, and my Acid reflux pillow works a treat. Plus I sleep better to. Can not fault the service, or the quality of the product.

Easy ordering, quick delivery and a superb product!

Highly recomment Back Care Online, I had great support when asking questions before purchase and then again after having a couple of issues with install. Thank you to June and the team.

Following a stay in hospital a few years ago, I developed a pressure sore on the back of my heel which has been slow to heal. The biggest problem is in bed at night as the heel still rubs on the mattress – the original cause of the problem.

Having wasted a lot of money on aids and equipment ‘guaranteed’ to help, nothing has worked and I felt as if I’d have to have sleepless nights for ever. Step forward Putmans Heel Lift Leg Pillow from Back Care Online – and hooray! Problem solved!

It works because the ‘lift’ of the pillow is so slight, it doesn’t impact on the rest of my posture in bed, but gently fits under the bottom part of my calf, allowing my foot and heel to rest comfortably over the thicker (but not too thick) end of the wedge, thus lifting all pressure off the heel.

I’m absolutely delighted (and frankly astounded!) to have found a relief for my pressure sore. No more sleepless nights and no lower back pain with the ‘lift’ being too high. I just wish I’d known about Back Care Online sooner.

I can’t recommend this product and Back Care Online enough. The company’s website is very easy to navigate, the ordering and payment was simple and delivery very prompt.

Ten out of ten!

A really positive business to deal with, easy ordering, great price and quick dispatch & delivery.
Really pleased with the mattress topper, only been using for a few nights and my back/hip issues are really improving.

Simple ordering process and accurate delivery information. Shipping took a little extra time but it was over the Xmas, New Year period.

Really speedy service and lovely pillow. Would definitely recommend
